Great location clean apartment responsive host in the central area of Cagliari and it was very nice area.

We felt right at home at Paolo’s place. He welcomed us personally and showed us around. The bedroom in the cave is definitely the highlight. Restaurants, shopping etc. is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind neben dem Appartement , genauso wie die Busverbindung einen innerhalb von 30 min nach Cagliari bringt . Wir hatten mit Elena und Marco wundervolle Gastgeber. A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

Federica war super hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Ich kann das Haus Casa Chicca nur empfehlen. Es war an 15 Minuten zu Fuß von einem sehr schönen, ruhigen und kinderfreundlichen Strand entfernt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und hat unserem Kind viel Freude bereitet.

I’ll try to keep this short. Sardinia felt a breeze, and was a relaxing trip greeted by local friendliness from start to finish, and Marco was a big part of that. This AirBnB was 100% the best decision. And in the most ideal location possible - the super market opposite is more essential than you think. We could grab some snacks and drinks whenever we wanted, or even buy some ingredients to cook something in the flat when wanting to relax in the flat with the cool A/C and smart TV setup. It was such a touch to have the bus stations to town, marina, and the beach right by the door…and all 5-10 mins journey max! Marco is proactive, friendly, and makes sure the flat delivers to expectations. Grazie mille for going above and beyond, to ensure we had a good experience with Sardinia. Ciao, Sam and Sophie

Renato’s place is absolutely gorgeous, very tasteful and authentic. It doesn’t feel anything like sterile vacation homes you often get. It has character, and a sophisticated charm, and you can feel a lot of thought and love has gone into creating this beautiful place. Everything was very clean, with a big and well equipped kitchen. The house is located in the middle of a peaceful and rural environment, the next neighbour is a farm, so you hear the animals and get to meet the dogs and charming cat. Renato and his wife Lucie were amazing hosts, warm and inviting, and shared a lot of recommendations in the area. All in all we had a wonderful stay and felt right at home.

The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

L’appartement de Renata et Roberto est très beau, proche de la mer et très bien équipé. L‘endroit est très calme et le jardin ainsi que les extérieurs sont très agréables. Renata et Roberto sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Cagliari, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Lage war toll, da die Unterkunft sich in einer belebten Nebenstraße befindet und nur wenige 100 m von der Innenstadt und sehr tollen Restaurants entfernt ist. Der Aufenthalt bei Christian war sehr schön. Ich würde sie jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Enrico war sehr angenehm. Check-In und Out liefen reibungslos. Die Lage direkt an der Costa Rei ist hervorragend (mit privaten Liegen und Schirm). Der umzäunte Parkplatz im Schatten war super. Supermarkt ebenfalls in der Nähe. Kleine Info für größere/breitere Menschen: Die Dusche ist sehr eng. Außerdem könnte die Küchenausstattung etwas verbessert werden zB mit Wasserkocher, Spülmittel und mehreren Töpfen/Handtüchern. Wir waren aber trotzdem sehr zufrieden, gerne wieder! ☺️

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und ist definitiv eine Empfehlung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Einzige Empfehlung an die Unterkunft wären Mückengitter an den Fenstern da schon viele Schnaken vor Ort sind. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als Gastgeschenk gab es außerdem eine Flasche Wein und Softdrinks. Da die Unterkunft sehr abgelegen ist, ist ein Auto unumgänglich. Man sollte beachten das die Unterkunft auf einem Berg ist und der Weg zum Strand bei warmen Wetter sehr anstrengend sein kann.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Carla und Nazario verbracht. Carla und Nazario wären immer äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben gerne Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants gegeben. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, mit einem sehr einladenden Ambiente. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der kilometerlangen Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten (wenn man den optimalen Weg gefunden hat) zu Fuss erreichbar. Zusammenfassend kann ich die Ferienwohnung an der Costa Rei nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie ist der perfekte Rückzugsort für alle, die Sonne, Meer und italienische Lebensfreude geniessen möchten.

Haus ist ein wenig versteckt aber die Aussicht/ Wander Möglichkeiten und auch der Ausblick lassen dies schnell vergessen. Gerade für (nur) deutschsprachige ist Paola sehr weiter zu empfehlen da Sie Deutsch Spricht/Schreibt und auch auf der Insel leute empfiehlt die Deutsch Sprechen. Es war wirklich toll und ich/wir wünschen der Paola weiterhin tolle "Mieter"

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Erika war immer erreichbar und hat gefragt, ob es uns gut geht und ob etwas fehlt. Es war zur Begrüßung Bier und Wasser und Säfte vorhanden. Außerdem gab es Milch, Joghurts, Croissants etc zum Frühstück. Mit dem Auto kann man Cagliari und Umgebung innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten erreichen. Der morgen und Abendliche Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse war sehr angenehm. Alles war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden von einer sehr freundlichen Dame empfangen, die uns zu unserer Unterkunft geführt hat. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Zusätzlich war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber zwischendurch über Whats-App sehr unkompliziert und komfortabel. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!! Wichtig ist nur zu wissen, dass das aufheizen des Whirlpool wirklich lange dauert. Also genug Zeit einplanen;-)

Vi var sju tjejer som checkade in hos Sheila. Vi blev varmt välkomnande av hon och hennes man. Det fanns allt man behövde. Boendet ligger väldigt centralt till centrum och nära till buss- och tågstation. Boendet hade bra sängar och förvaringsmöjligheter. Vi kommer absolut att boka detta boende om vi åker till Cagliari igen!😍

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich wunderbar. Der Check in & Checkout war super einfach. Die Wohnung war in Top Zustand, genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber, stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Joseph, Danielas Sohn war sehr freundlich. Er war äußerst bemüht und hat uns sogar gefragt ob etwas fehlt oder wir noch etwas in der Wohnung brauchen. Zudem gab er uns viele wertvolle Tipps zu Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Wohnung jedem ans Herz legen. Vielen Dank nochmals

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.
