Nice place, easy to access and safe. Shower is a little small. Cristiano was very accessible and accommodating.

We have just had the most wonderful 3 days at Meri’s place. meri was so helpful, giving us instructions on how to get from the airport (it was so easy and only a 5 minute walk from the stop. The apartment was so lovely, air con brilliant, bed sooo comfy!! the location was quiet but just around the corner there was so much going on. Beautiful restaurants and all the sights are close by. We went to the Lido which was lovely and again so easy to do. We also visited Murano which was nice. The hosts were great, place was great and the location was great, what more can I say other than we didn’t have enough time there😢 thank you 🤩 . We loved it❤️

This place was everything that you see in the photos and more. Alice was extremely quick to reply whenever we had any questions and very helpful in making sure we had the easiest time. Apartment was clean and tidy and well worth the money. We loved every minute of our stay in this apartment and Venice as a whole. Will definitely be back one day!

The Ca’ Manzoni apartment was a great place to stay for our four nights in Venice! The decor was very Venetian and extremely elegant, and it was a relaxing space to come ‘home to’ after hectic days spent amongst the Venice summer tourists. The location was very central - which was wonderful. We lovedlistening to classical the music from the nearby music school. Our host was extremely communicative and gave us lots of advice and tips for things to do around the city. We’d highly recommend this AirBnB to other travellers!

It's a lovely and homely place in the middle of a busy touristy city. Feels very authentic, not just an empty space. Real plants, not something purchased from the supermarket, that kind of thing. The balcony is a lovely extra. It's not quite as free of noise as some of the other reviews suggest, there is a lively street just around the corner and the activity is present by moment, and the street below is narrow and used by local people. However, it was never too much, and mainly just added to our pleasure of the place, a 'real feel' that is specific to the area. We were very well looked after, and if we had friends visiting Venice we would definitely recommend.

We are from Colorado, USA and flew into Venice after 10pm/22:00. With two kids and having never traveled to Europe before, we asked Demetri how we should secure transportation. He took care of it for us and it was so smooth. Someone picked us up at the airport, took us straight to a water taxi and then Demetri walked us to the apartment. He was helpful and clear with instructions. The air condition was so nice to have and worked so well, the bathroom and shower were great and the pullout bed was perfect for our daughters. We loved the location and would highly recommend this home to others. Overall the area felt safe and was quiet, away from the night life.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment in the Cannaregio area of Venice. The space was immaculate and full of charm, with stunning terrazzo floors throughout that added an authentic Venetian touch. Every detail reflected the owner’s thoughtfulness and impeccable sense of style. Great bed and linen. Nespresso machine was also appreciated. An absolute highlight was the rooftop terrace, which had beautiful views over two canals - the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and soak in the beauty of Venice from above. Also, Mariangela’s recommendations for local sights and dining spots were incredibly helpful during our visit. The location couldn’t have been better. Cannaregio is easily the best area to stay in Venice - peaceful and atmospheric, far from the heavy tourist crowds, but still just a short walk from all the main sights. If you’re looking for comfort, elegance, and a truly Venetian experience, this place is absolute perfection. We couldn’t recommend it more.

We loved staying there. It was super close to the train station to Venice. It was beautiful, clean and super quiet. It had everything we needed, and lots of space! I would definitely recommend Manuela’s place if you’re looking to go to Venice, but you want somewhere a little quieter and out of the way!

We stayed very comfortably at Lu’s place as a family of 5 adults. Everything we needed was available for us. The location is excellent, close to the vaporetto stop, grocery store, restaurants and an easy walkable distance from a ton of sights. Lu’s apartment was spotless, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the canal where gondolas pass by. Hosts are lovely, excellent communicators and very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Gino was super nice. We had some hiccups for the check in and we checked in 1 day later, he refunded part of the payment out of goodwill. Super nice man! He even prepared some fruit juice and water for us and also Venice pass for us to enter the historical part without tourist taxes. His place was also just 4 bus stops away from Venice mestres, walkable as well (about 1km?) His place is also super near to Venice historical centre, just about 10-15 mins bus ride away. He is super proactive and gives tips to navigate around the city. Recommends anyone that’s coming to Venice! Thanks Gino

Nico's place is simply perfect. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. 10/10. The location is quiet and peaceful, but very close to some fantastic restaurants and only a five minute walk to Piazza San Marco. It is next to a picturesque canal, with gondalas passing occasionally by the windows. Nico was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and to visit. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome, providing everything we needed. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and plenty spacious enough. Everything just works; the bed was very comfortable. Access and check-out was very straight-forward, and we wanted for nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Nico's place again.

We had a lovely few days at Cristiano's apartment, which is a very beautiful and comfortable space. Cristiano was so helpful with recommendations, and the apartment is ideally located for exploring Venice. We were a little disappointed at first to find that we couldn't open the outside gates on the terrace area, but understood that that was due to security and found that the bridge next to the terrace is very busy most of the time so we probably wouldn't have wanted to open them anyway! We made a few meals at home and the apartment had everything we needed.

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! We will be back! Grazie

We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Eine Hausnummer würde vielleicht nicht schaden, um die Wohnung einfacher zu finden, aber Albertos Beschreibung war sehr hilfreich, weshalb der Check-in trotz später Ankunftszeit problemlos verlief. Alberto war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, ich würde die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen.

Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos empfehlen! Angefangen von der super Kommunikation über eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Wohnung mit allem drum und dran bis hin zu einem sehr reibungslosen Ablauf der gesamten Buchung. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert und so hatte Andrea u.a. extra noch einen Hochstuhl besorgt. Top Service und alles wie beschrieben. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schönes Apartment Tolle Stadt mit vielen Attraktionen

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!
