Vacation rentals with breakfast in Muntinlupa City

Evangelina is very accommodating even on my sudden stay due to my site visitation. Great place and worth the penny though great bidet but no hot shower, there's parking for motorcycle but I'm not sure with 4 wheels.

The host friend Ian. Frances and the dog and cat were enough to be satisfied with this. For me without a plan, Ian and Frances provided me with a variety of experiences. I liked this place better than the city. Thank you ~! Ian, Frances!!

Short but nice stay at lourdes Not so far from the airport by grab, for a reasonable price

It’s really worth the price. Jayna was very hospitable. Breakfast is great! So many food choices. Amenities is much more than the usual you see from other places. Pillows, blankets and bed are comfy! Have enjoyed my stay!

My experience with this room is average. If you are looking for a simple room with a good AC and cheap price, this is for you. But do not expect too much, like what I have done before.

This is my 2nd time booking at Flair Towers but my first time to try a shared apartment. Not bad, it was a good experience. The host is very accommodating, it's just like visiting a friend. I like the layout of the unit where the living area is adjacent to the balcony entrance. The balcony is very spacious and view is really nice.

The location is perfect to get around nearby shopping malls and restaurants. The place was decorated nicely with hidden doors to the bathroom and bedroom which made it really unique. The balcony was also very nice with great views of the amenities and surrounding towns along with Lagoon Bay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. There was also good internet connection and the flat screen TVs were pictured perfect. The full service kitchen allowed us to prepare good meals. Also the hot and cold water dispenser gave us quick access to morning and afternoon tea on the balcony. The pool and gym was also nice to use along with a small bar/ lounge to relax. There complex also is great to walk around without leaving the complex. There’s also a car and E-bike that is available for an additional charge in which we took advantage of. Overall we had no problems or complaints and we would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Alpaca Lemon Penthouse! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Our family especially appreciated the spacious layout—it was perfect for relaxing after a day out in Manila. The location was also ideal, with plenty of dining options and attractions nearby. Communication with the hosts was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. We’d definitely recommend this property and would love to return on a future visit!

The unit is beautiful, and both Faye and Sir Paul were very accommodating. The place was neat, and everything was in order. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time together. We will definitely be returning!

The staff defines hospitality well and they are the gem of this establishment. The breakfast is so diverse and tastes really good! You can get to anywhere you need to as the location is perfectly in the center of manila city. I have no issues recommending this to friends and family. Adriatico Suites, well done and keep it up!

very responsive host. I was transiting to Singapore for three days and had alot of baggage so asked them if I could store my bags there at the hotel and they agreed to store all 6 bags for just P100 per day charge. saved me a lot of access to travel to Singapore and back. very friendly staff and host. really enjoyed my stay there with my family. the rooms were very spacious and exactly the same as the ones on the pictures. highly recommend this. and will definitely come back.

Loved that they had a duvet comforter which made my stay very comfortable! The shared bathrooms were also clean and had decent hot water temperature. :) The place is within Poblacion but the noise was tolerable since it’s not within the center. :)

We've stayed here for a numerous time and never did it disappoint. Looking forward to the next one :)

We stay here every time we are in manila, everyone is friendly and courteous they never disappoint…

It's a great place to stay for like a night or two, but the limited parking space makes it a bit inconvenient (though there's one nearby that's a paid parking space).

We booked for 7 people and we really love the connecting room. My niece and nephew had a lot of fun. The staff are super nice and accommodating as well. We went to Ocean Park and I asked if we can leave our luggages and will just come back to pick them up and they agreed. Thank you!
