It may be the oldest commercial building in the trading town of Rees. The listed house was privately restored in cooperation with the monument authorities from 2017 to 2019.

Cozy green oasis near the park

Experience Ruhr Valley flair in a "mining house." It was built in 1912 and lovingly renovated. Old elements such as plank floors, wooden stairs and cassette doors are still present and offer wonderful old building charm. Other elements, such as the roof and windows, have been renovated and the walls insulated. When we are away, we are happy to provide our family home. It is not an anonymous place to stay, so we would like the facility to be treated with respect and care.

Very close to a nature reserve, ideal for walking or cycling The train station is just 200 meters away, and it is only 9 minutes by train to Dortmund Central Station. A bus stop is also only 200 meters away. Shopping such as Lidl, Rewe, Rossmann, Tedi and pharmacy, as well as a beverage market are close by. So everything is optimal!
