"Felix" apartment in Senden, near Münster

The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

In an absolutely quiet location and yet only 8 minutes from the center (bicycles can be rented, €10.00/week), it impresses with a 1a kitchen, modern bathroom (BD, underfloor heating), sauna on request, terrace with garden view/ awning, all-round blinds, spacious bedroom and bright living room also with terrace access. Also ideal for longer stays (workplace with desk).

The vacation home consists of a bright living room including a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, the sauna invites you to relax and from April to the end of October you can relax in the outdoor spa pool. The bathroom with shower is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, there is a single bed, which can be retracted. On the small gallery there is a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed.

Let your mind wander, explore the area on your own bike or use the many recreational opportunities in and around the Seepark, as well as the full load of nature in the Arnsberg Forest for young and old.

In our cozy country house apartment on the edge of the village you can relax wonderfully and enjoy “life in the country.” Whether for a break from everyday stress, for creative work in the home office in the countryside or for visiting friends and family, you will not lack anything in Hörste. The village-famous “Villa Kunterbunt,” from 1911, once housed the Hörste post office. At that time, the apartment served as a stable for the stagecoach.

Es gibt eine Garten-Sauna, am Haus, in der 3 Leute liegen können. Vor der Sauna steht eine Feuerschale. Kosten: 10 Euro pro Stunde für die Sauna. Bitte die Saunanutzung anmelden, da ich eine kurze Einweisung geben muss. Es kann gegrillt werden, ein Grill steht bereit.
