Welcome to my caringly & modernisticly furnished apartment in Gelsenkirchen in which up to 2 people can spend a comfortable stay. The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Historic charm meets modern comfort – your home on the Werse The Wersehaus is a lovingly renovated holiday home in the heart of Handorf-Münster, right on the water. The house was built in 1934 and completely renovated in 2025 – however, the special charm of the old wooden beams continues to run through every room and reminds of the history of this unique house. You can take a tour here by canoe, enjoy the tranquility on the water and switch off at Netflix & Disney+.

When you step in front of the garden door, you can decide. To the right, following the Aasee shore, out into nature, where the Aa becomes more and more pristine and leads out into the Aatal at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Or around to the left, for a leap into the city.

Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only a 20-minute bike ride to the main market. The cottage is located on a 1000m2 plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The protected landscape area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

The lake house is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modernly equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft nets, which allow a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

Just a minute's walk from Lake Phönix in a 100-year-old house in a traditional working-class district is our apartment "Bergmann". It has recently been freshly renovated and is modernly furnished. The apartment also offers a small courtyard that is only used by you. So you can relax and sit in the courtyard after a long day of discoveries. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phoenix Lake offers many restaurants and bars.
