The center of Salzburg can be reached in 10-15 minutes by bus or by car.

Located on the Haunsberg in Obertrum, right on the main road, this modern accommodation offers great opportunities for young and old. Hiking and cycling opportunities can be found right in front of the house, and it takes 20-35 minutes to get to the center of Salzburg by bus or car, depending on traffic conditions. On summer days, Lake Obertrum is ideal for refreshments after e-bike tours, a city trip or simply to relax. We can't wait to give you individual travel tips!

The kitchen is a passage room to the adjoining double bedroom. The bathroom with toilet and washing machine is in the hallway. Grocery store, cafe and 24-hour shop very close. Wi-Fi throughout the house and extra cable at the desk for a stable internet access e.g. for remote work.

The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. There are up to 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate Toilet. Parking is right in front of the house Towels, linens and a hairdryer are provided. In the house is a small shop with Greek products.

Welcome to our newly built loft apartment, idyllically located in the countryside next to a farm with views of the imposing mountains and just a short drive to the city of Salzburg. The property is ideal for travelers and families, and is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Salzkammergut, Bavaria or the Alps for cycling and hiking. The apartment is located in the 2nd floor (no elevator). Free parking is available on the property.

Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.

In our lovingly furnished "Tristan vacation home," you can end the day on the private terrace with a hot tub (open all year round). Spend rainy days in the cozy living room with smart TV and board games. Parking is available directly in front of the apartment free of charge. A lockable bicycle storage room is also included in the offer.
