Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Mundanije

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders gut hat uns der flexible Checkin und die gute Erreichbarkeit unserer Gastgeberin gefallen. Außerdem war die Wohnung in einem makellosen Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet 😊

Dubravko, qui parle parfaitement français, nous a chaleureusement accueilli en personne. Son logement, parfait pour notre famille de 5 personnes, est idéalement situé à seulement quelques petites minutes à pied du centre touristique de Rab. Le logement, très bien équipé (vaisselle et matériel de cuisine, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, climatisation…), dans un quartier très calme possède une place de parking réservée. En un mot, tout était absolument parfait !!!!

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

Marija was very helpful, communication was smooth. She has even given a separate photo of the approach to the apartment, because it was not clear on the map. The apartment was good value for money with a beautiful view of the sea. It was our first holiday in Croatia. Sveti Juraj was a very optimal choice. It's a quiet little town, but a 10-minute drive minutes by car there are plenty of restaurants, shops and activities in Senj. The island of Krk, Plitvice, is also relatively easy to reach by car. (1.5-2h) With children, access to the Sveti Juraj centre on foot can be a bit of a problem, as it is only accessible on foot via the main road, which is quite busy. But for adults it's no problem, you only have to walk a few metres. We had a great time!

Rada ist eine sehr kommunikative und nette Frau, welche viel Lebenserfahrung hat und auch gerne bereit ist sie zu teilen. Alles in allem ein Top Urlaub gewesen der Strand ist nicht weit weg und das essen ist gut.

Truly beautiful home. Very peaceful and quiet considering there are other apartments in the house. Vesna was very kind and responsive. The small balcony we had was our favorite part. Was very relaxing and saw a few shooting stars.

Ruhiges Häuschen in guter Lage auf einem sehr nett angelegten Grundstück. Bis zum ersten „Strand“ sind es nur wenige Meter, auch etwas schönere Buchten sind in 10 Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Kristijan und seinem Bruder Danijel lief ohne Probleme, beide haben immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet, auch Tipps zu Lokalen oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab’s via WA. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft mit vielen Kräutern und Olivenbäumen. Leider gabs zu dem Zeitpunkt wo wir dort waren (Ende Mai) eine ziemliche Raupenplage, vor allem auf der Eiche zu Beginn des Grundstücks welche den Krabbelradius des Babies notgedrungen etwas eingeschränkt haben. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht wenn auch die Kaffeemaschine leider defekt war - Ersatz wäre aber organisiert worden wenn nötig ☺️ Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist wie schon von einigen vorher geschrieben etwas schwierig. Wir würden jedenfalls gerne wiederkommen, dann vllt zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt im Jahr😊

Wir haben uns im Häuschen von Ivancica sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Der Ausblick auf die Pager Bucht ist unbezahlbar und Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sind einfach nur erholsam. Wer Partytrubel und touristische Infrastuktur sucht, ist hier definitiv falsch. Dafür findet man Natur pur mit Vogelgezwitscher und einem großartigen Panorama. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, um sich die wunderschöne, interessante Insel Pag anzuschauen und zum Einkaufen. Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich ebenfalls wohlgefühlt, denn das Grundstück ist voll eingezäunt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für zwei Urlaubswochen benötigt. Sehr schön sind die Terrasse und der gemauerte Grill. Hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr gute Internetverbindung. Ein bisschen haben wir jetzt schon Sehnsucht und wir kommen ganz bestimmt mal wieder!

l'appartamento è essenziale ma completo, ci siamo trovati bene con due adulti e 3 bimbe (una di 1 anno). mancano solo le zanzariere per il resto è perfetto. la spiaggia sotto casa ripaga le punture...

Gyönyörű kilátás, mesés környezet és barátságos házigazdák vártak minket a szálláshelyen. Ha tehetném, örökre ezen a teraszon nézném a napfelkeltét.

Unser Aufenthalt in "Peace of Mind - 2" war wunderschön. Die Lage des Objekts ist außergewöhnlich und bietet nicht nur einen traumhaften Blick in eine wunderbare Landschaft, sondern vieles mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Zusätzlich kann man sich auf der Terrasse am Pool aufhalten und dort die angeschlossene Küche und den Aufenthaltsraum nutzen. Der Pool selbst bietet die Möglichkeit, auch sportlich zu schwimmen und der Blick in die Kvarner Bucht ist nicht zu überbieten. Die Gastgeberin Rajna ist immer hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, an dem man sehr herzlich empfangen wird und sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt! Vielen Dank nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt, es wurde schnell und freundlich auf alle Fragen reagiert. Wenn man Privatsphäre und einen ruhigen Urlaub möchte, ist das der perfekte Ort mit toller Aussicht von der Terrasse aus und einem Pool zum abkühlen. Ohne Auto wird es jedoch auf jeden Fall schwierig! Unseren Hund konnte man ganz einfach frei laufen lassen, da alles eingezäunt ist, jedoch haben uns Wege für Spaziergänge vom Haus aus gefehlt, hier gibt es leider wenige Möglichkeiten. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Dora und ihrem Vater!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

C’était notre premier séjour en Croatie. Nous avons vu des paysages et des villes magnifiques, je recommande l’île de Krk et l’île de Pag, la ville de Rovinj, le Parc National Sjeverni Velebit ❤️ et bien sûr le Parc National de Plitvička Jezera. Mais le panorama le plus beau est celui de l’Adriatique et des Îles que vous retrouvez chaque jour en rentrant chez Ornela. Merci encore Ornela pour ce magnifique séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir un peu de votre si beau pays et merci pour votre accueil !

Das Apartment ist ganz nett und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Es liegt auf einem Berg aber das war okay weil wir einfach mit dem Auto hinunter gefahren sind um zum Meer zu kommen und kostenlos an der Straße geparkt haben. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

This was our third stay at Violeta's apartment and we will definitely be coming back next year 😊 Violeta is a lovely host, kind, always available and responsive. The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
