Roman’s place was close to many dining locations and very well furnished. The beds were super comfy and perfect sheets. We also really enjoyed the pool table and the chance to be able to visit and hang out in that room with ample seating. The outside fenced in area was a plus! We enjoyed our stay here. Very easy to find and very close to the things we needed in town. it is literally about a block away from Meijer, McDonalds, Starbucks, etc. With that, however comes traffic noise. That part of 38th street is busy, particularly around 6am when people are going to work. The master bedroom is in the front. so you hear a lot of cars. That isn't bad for me. because I am an early riser, but my wife is a light sleeper so not great for her. If you are like me, you will be just fine, but if you are like her you may not like it. For me, I like that area, it has all if the nicer businesses and restaurants in Marion. The neighborhood isn't the fancy part of town by any means, but hey, you aren't moving in, you just need a place to stay, right? For the price and the convenience, you will be happy. water pressure was good, air conditioner was good, kitchen was big and stocked well. There were plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankets, etc. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Excellent host and the place was as pictured. Jonathan and Team were very responsive and proactive. There was a mix up with the taking out the trash at checkout and some noisy guests in another unit but not a major issue. I would definitely stay here again.
