We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, roku with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

Welcome to The Cunningham! Once the neighborhood corner store, this property has gone through an entire renovation in 2024-2025! There are 2 units on the second floor and the first floor is soon to be occupied by a bakery/ pizza restaurant. Located in Muncie's Old West End, this urban neighborhood is wonderfully eclectic with a mix of owner occupant homes and rentals. The neighborhood is undergoing a revitalization and we are happy to be a part of that with the renovation of The Cunningham!

Welcome to this beautiful property located next to Ball State University! This property is close to the hospital, BSU campus, and athletic venues. The main floor has a queen bedroom, full bedroom, and full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two twin beds and plenty of space and all rooms are equipped with a TV. The home has a washer and dryer and has a fenced-in backyard. Located near McGalliard and Wheeling, you have easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores, and other essential locations.

You’ll think you are in the country when you arrive at our peaceful 10 acre property right in Muncie. Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.

We do not require a pet deposit but if your pet causes any damage we will request restitution through this sight.
