In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. The two rooms are like a separate small apartment with bathroom and kitchenette, and are located on the 2nd floor of my house. So the guests have contact with me and my family, but can also be alone.
