This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

First this is a private apt. It is not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.

Our Airbnb is a spacious 1400sq ft fully-furnished private walk-out basement. The space has all the basic amenities and comforts along side a 65in HD TV, ping-pong table, and a foosball table. Our property is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our Airbnb is prefect for all sorts of guests. Nearby you will find I-90 thruway, UofR, RIT, Strong Memorial Hospital, Airport, and great dining spots.

Guest's home was more than adequate for the three of us, very spacious and VG accommodations. I picked this home because it was close to RIT for son's graduation, but it is also located short distance to quaint town/village of Scottsville, NY. My hostess was great at responding to my questions and made the visit more welcoming.

Jim and Jeanneann’s place was comfortable, quiet and clean. We appreciated the in-room coffee and coffeemaker. Jeanneann’s breakfasts were delicious and usually included one of her homemade baked goods. Jim and Jeanneann are friendly and wonderful to talk to if you are so inclined~the perfect hosts.

Derwin was so nice and accommodating! He responded quickly to questions and was always around for help. The building looks a little rough on the outside but Derwin keeps the inside spotless and has all the accommodations you could need! Felt very secure staying here with plenty of cameras and locked apartments to the public.
