For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Arrive and enjoy to the fullest. Undisturbed, you can use the spacious outdoor facilities of 3000 m² (where you will find a panoramic sauna, a hot tub and a swimming pond) for the duration of your stay alone. Our chalet is equipped with a rustic living room with a fireplace, a spacious corner bench and a cozy sofa. A modern kitchen. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with shower and toilet. An infrared cabin and steam shower complete your wellness pleasure.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.
