We stayed here for 5 weeks and absolutely loved it. The space was clean, cozy, and had a great atmosphere. It was conveniently located near Maya Mall and Chiang Mai University. The management staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the view from the high floor, and Echo was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai.

This place was better than I expected! It did match the pictures but seeing it in person was absolutely wonderful, very clean, comfortable (better than home!) and beautiful views. The host Arthit was very responsive (even with my silly questions! lol) and very helpful. It was easy to access but also very secure. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit Chiang Mai and will absolutely recommend this Airbnb. Wonderful beautiful stay! Thank you Arthit!

Great condo with pool and gym in Nimman. One of the best ever

Location: The apartment is in a great location. It's just a 5 minute walk to Maya and you don't need to go through the major crossroads so no waiting for traffic lights when going to the Mall. It's very quiet at night and the noise of the planes didn't bother us at all. Apartment: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Has basic cooking supplies and utensils etc. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful. The wi-fi is very fast and stable. There is lots of storage space and the host left us extra bedding and towels as we stayed for a month. There's a washing machine on the balcony and it's easy to get clothes dried as you can pull back the shutters to keep the heat in from the A/C units. The space is much smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos and, like other reviews said, there is very little natural light, which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day. Host: Very helpful and quick to reply.

this was one of the most beautiful and comfortable airbnb we've stay at! apartment looks exactly like photos with beautiful lighting. everything was perfect, comfortable. location is just 2 min walk beside maya mall and easily walkable to nimman area for great restaurants, markets, cafes and bars. the host were also super responsive to any requests! overall we had a really pleasant experience :)

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. We loved this home so much we extended our stay! It was perfect for our family with young children as it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a lovely playground. The owner provided everything we needed and was there when we checked in to show us the house. We all loved it and hope to stay again someday!

The patio is very well-maintained. We even made a Sunday BBQ and invited our friends. The kitchen is quite well-equipped and spacious compared to other houses in Thailand. It is a golden opportunity for those who love to cook. There is even a billiards and entertainment on the upper floor. The gym belonging to the site is right next to the house. The gym was always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The security who constantly roamed the site on bicycles made us feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this house.
