The place was super clean and nice. The location was also great since it was few minutes away from Central mall.

I really enjoyed the place, first of all because of its tidiness and the fact that everything is within walking distance. Tik was also very kind and responsive—it never took her more than 20 minutes to reply to my messages. She’s an amazing host. Highly recommend!

Thanks to the host Ami, because our flight arrived early in the morning, and it was not yet check-in time, after explaining the situation, Ami let us check in early, and also provided luggage storage service on the day we left Chiang Mai, a very good living experience.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai. This was a great place to stay, close to the night market and in the middle of many things. For a little peace and a great view, just go up to the top floor where there's a garden and a pool. The view is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay with our children of 2 and 4 in Lala's apartment. Lala even arranged a high chair and baby bed for our youngest daughter. Location was perfect for us. Just outside the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of several nice eateries, supermarket and the night bazaar and a rooftop swimming pool. We had some problems with the shower the first days but this was resolved quickly. Even during Songkran! Lala was always quick and easy to reach. In short, we definitely recommend this stay.

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

The hotel is located nearby the city the room is cozy and clean the host is very nice and kind the staff are warmly welcome and useful :)

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

일단 공항에서 저녁늦게도착했는데 픽업 서비스가 있어서 굉장히 좋았다 시설은 약간 노후된부분도 있었는데 호스트가 금방 수리해줌 월요일마다 청소를 해주고 물도 서비스로 주어서 좋았다 수영장을 편하게 이용할수 있었다 마야몰 과 원님만 이 굉장히 가까워서 좋았다

Great apartment in Nimman. We had the best stay at Chonlana's studio apartment. Great space with everything you need. The bed was soooo comfortable!!! Great shower too! Safe area with pool and gym. Walking distance to the hub of Nimman. Nimman district is a fab area full of life, colour, crafts, fashion and cafes. Chonlana was awesome to communicate with. So easy and efficient. Even the security guard greeted you with a big smile every day. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Chiang Mai! Excellent value!

First, the instructions for check-in steps were very clear and smooth, which was very convenient unlike some other places. The location of the condo is reachable to most of essential places within walking distance. The host was very responsive to the needs of her tenants. I’ll definitely stay here again if I ever get a chance to visit Chiang Mai.

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.
