The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

This villa surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² pool is filled with salt water. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

All furniture and details are unique and a lot of the pieces have been handmade by my husband. The house is located off a quiet road in Kraljevo Selo, a small village far from the city bustle and traffic. The renovated farmhouse "Villa Vallis" (150m²) has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace and the interior kitchen, which is fully furnished to a high standard. The entire villa is air conditioned / heated. There is a covered, shady inner courtyard (60m²) with an outdoor kitchen and an open grill fireplace, which can also turn motor-driven suckling pigs.
