Holiday cottage in the countryside "BEe in foREST"

The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

Wooden tent in Camp Beli gaber

On the highest terrace in the Beli gaber campsite there is a set of 3 wooden tents, each suitable for 2 people. We named them Smugglers - Jurij, Nace and Vinko. It's a movie story related to our places. The tents have a shared terrace. Very suitable accommodation for a group of couples or a larger family, where children and parents each have their own tent, and they share a terrace. Access by car to the tents is not possible. Parking in the parking lot under the camp. The tent is not heated and has no electricity. Bed linen is included in the price.

Villa Stancija Kavali guesthouse - Opatija

Villa Stancija Kavali is a newly renovated stone house in a rural setting. The accommodation is unique, in untouched nature, along the edge of the forest, with outdoor terraces. It's extremely peaceful and quiet. The house is located in the hamlet of Sušnja, in the village of Zvoneća. The nearest beach is 7 km away, in Opatija. The house offers a shared living area with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, barbecue, wi-fi, parking. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, each room has its own bathroom, smart TV and air conditioning.

It offers a sauna, jacuzzi, hot tub, outdoor wood-burning bathtub, outdoor shower, children's playground, parking and wi-fi. The house has 2 bedrooms,a bathroom, and an extra toilet. The holiday house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.
