The house offered by Laurent is perfect for hosting a family or several travelers. The area is quiet, 10 minutes from the access to Lake Bourget. Gresy train station is just minutes from the house, making it easy to visit Annecy. The house is perfectly equipped, clean and in all respects as described. Laurent was proactive in facilitating our access to the house, and was super responsive in responding to our few requests. Great, we'll be back.

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We stayed at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The equipment is very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we will be happy to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a great time at Jean and Dominique's. The studio is on the ground floor of their home but they are discreet. The studio is perfectly equipped, oven and microwave, the bathroom is spacious, the garden is accessible for children and the view of the mountains. We'll come back if we have the chance. Thank you!

Accommodation in the heart of Aix-les-Bains with magnificent views of a square with a park and mountains on each side!

We had a very nice and relaxing time in this apartment with the wonderful panoramic terrace. What was not visible in the photos: She also had a spacious covered terrace on the side of the house! 🤩 The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable.

Very neat accommodation 5 min walk to the main avenue of Aux les Bains. Clean accommodation, neat minimalist decoration, perfect and efficient kitchen equipment. Hair dryer, cotton pads, cotton buds, shower gel, etc. available

We absolutely loved Anna & Pierre's place, it was such a treat waking up to that view every morning and it was even better than the photos. Anna gave us loads of recommendations before we arrived and check in / check out was seamless. The area was so peaceful and we had a great night's sleep as the curtains made it very dark at night. We hired a car and drove around the lake, which was a particular highlight. Can't recommend this place enough!! Hope to be back one day :)

The location of the apartment was perfect - very quiet area, though close to the center - and you have a great view on the lake and the mountains. The apartment was perfectly clean and you have everything you need. Communication with Emeric was super easy and every information was detailed.

Excellent stay in Bruno's accommodation, spacious, clean, and very well located, close to the city center, a 5-minute walk. Free parking adjacent to the apartment is a real plus. I highly recommend this accommodation and the quality of hospitality and communication of Bruno and the people who take care of the accommodation.

2 night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful mountain view and also on the overhead parking, large studio with all the essentials (bed linen, coffee, internet). Bonus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so to find your way from the basement to the exit is complicated. I did not meet Alain (independent check-in) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by SMS or call.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and I will not hesitate to return on my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tony's place. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very cozy. He provided us with a crib and a high chair for our baby and there were also board games, children's dishes, basic things for breakfast and cooking, cleaning products... Those things that make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A totally recommended accommodation and host😊

The house is even better than the pictures. A very large garden and terrace. everything is very clean, modern and practical. A very beautiful house.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.
