Spotless, beautiful, comfy bed and great location. Had everything I want in an airbnb and I will for sure be back. So much to do right outside your door step but yet the place is super quiet and peaceful. Great friendly host with pays great attention to detail. Bedroom very nice with comfy bed, pillows and nice linens. Big living area and super cozy. Would stay again for sure!

Loved our stay at Ryan's airbnb. The apartment was as it was described and very clean. There were many amenities that was nice and thoughtful. Appreciated the coffee and creamer that was available. Both Ryan and Noelani were very responsive when needed. The Woodstock neighborhood was very nice and walkable. There were many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Our stay was perfect! The studio apartment was wonderfully decorated, well equipped and felt extremely homely. The area was beautiful and peaceful. Marnie & Kim sent really helpful instructions and were quick to reply. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

This was the best Airbnb in my experiences of many places. The decor and arrangement were light, airy, spacious, well thought out. There was everything one would need and easy to find and use. Restful and restorative during a busy and stressful time for me. Emily was easy to get a hold of and helpful when I was confused. I look forward to returning,

The Air BNB was as pictured, stocked with everything you’d need for your stay and free snacks, which is nice to have after your trip. The host was responsive even late at night when I had a question. Beautiful backyard with a water feature, would stay here again 10/10

This lovely basement unit was a great home base for our week in Portland. There's easy street parking, a quiet neighborhood, and the garden is a great place to relax with morning tea. Charles was very kind and had some great local recommendations--just a perfect host!

The location and amenities at this rental was perfect for my needs for my trip. I was able to get from the airport to the home very easily using public transportation. There are multiple grocery stores within a 12-30 minute walking distance, tasty places to eat, ample recommendations from the hosts, and it was a 5-minute walk from where I was studying for the week I was there. All of the instructions were clear and I will definitely keep this rental in mind the next time I come to Portland.

It was a gorgeous setting. Very peaceful quiet. But close enough to Portland to get out and play. Ray was very responsive and helpful. The place was perfect; the light tonight are you extra was beautiful.

This was a great spot to stay for a few nights! Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Located so close to NE 28th so there’s plenty to do in the neighborhood. Pet-friendly spot but still felt very clean. Thanks for hosting!

10/10 listing!! not only was this Airbnb clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, but it was in a great location with a great host, too! The host was proactive in communicating about check-in and provided an entire binder with helpful tips & local recommendations. he even had punch cards for local businesses for Airbnb guests to use!! he provided every amenity needed, and so many that we didn't need! the outdoor area was clean & gorgeous with maintained flowers/gardens. the location is perfect for walking local restaurants & shops AND the beautiful overlook area on the river for sunset (or anytime). truly everything about this stay was perfect & I can't wait to go back!

We had such a relaxing stay at the loft! The place was absolutely spotless, and you can really feel the care put into the design through the attention to detail and in the layout. The space was cozy and comfy, and it was really easy to just let go and be there.

Great quiet place and lovely location

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and in a peaceful setting. We brought our dog along, and he absolutely loved the enclosed backyard — it was perfect for him to run around safely. Susan was incredibly kind and responsive throughout. Highly recommend staying here — we’d love to return in the future!

We had a fantastic stay in Portland and this place was so unique, just like the city itself. We loved the tub and all the plants, the vintage fridge was so cool and Rachel definitely had lots of fun extra things waiting for us. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed staying at Marta's Rose City Park Retreat over Christmas week. Marta was very responsive to all requests. She added special personal touches like a Christmas tree, fresh flowers, cookies, a bottle of wine, and some essentials in the fridge to make us feel welcome and comfortable right away. The unit is easy to find, quiet, 100 percent clean and well maintained. Kitchen and bath supplies are accessible to occupants - no locked up closets. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. Bathroom and kitchen are up to date and appliances worked perfectly. Furniture, furnishings and kitchen dishware are new/newer and well coordinated - no thrift shop feel whatsoever (which we have experienced elsewhere from time to time). We hope to book again next time in Portland - Rose City Park Retreat was unquestionably a fine place to stay. Thanks, Marta !

Patricia's place is very well designed. Every amenity is as described. Further, everything has a touch of style and class. The paint colors give it a homey, rich feel. Super comfy bed. Fluffy white towels. So quiet and secure. Off street parking. It was my second time staying there and I will be back there the next time I am in the area.

Katherine was a wonderful host! Very responsive and detailed in amenities of the space. The place was very cozy and perfect for the weekend for my pup and I! I appreciated that they had everything we needed and were flexible on check out time.

Seth’s place was lovely and in a wonderful neighbourhood! Surroundings were beautiful and quiet and there were some great parks and coffee shops within walking distance. The apartment itself was quite cozy and Seth was a great host who provided a ton of local recommendations! Would definitely stay here again :)

If you are fortunate enough to find this listing BOOK IT. We felt extremely at home staying here, and it was meticulously maintained and provided with anything you might need while you’re away from home. It’s in a great location with lots of shops walking distance. 10/10
