We designed the space to be light-filled, feel cozy yet roomy, fitting a lot into a small space. Simply outstanding. Absolutely in the top tier of Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Well designed and well executed interior, perfectly appointed, exceptionally comfortable, quiet, private, walkable - we can’t say enough good things. I would look no further on future trips to Portland. Martha and Ian were very communicative and helped us out with an early check-in as well. Zero issues and everything was actually as described and photographed. Lastly, Tabor Bread just around the corner was a fantastic breakfast staple for both days and it also didn’t disappoint.

Robin’s place is beautiful. The Airbnb is a separate building behind her house. The rooms are very nicely decorated. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to make a good meal and she provides good coffee and tea as well as condiments. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom and shower are great. We stayed for a week and hope to return in the future.

A modern door lock with a keypad is installed next to a sleek black handle. Lightly textured blinds are visible in the adjacent window, allowing diffused natural light to enter while maintaining privacy.

Great place! Comfortable second bed and spacious area inside and out. Hosts were very communicative and helpful, proactively answering all questions that arose. Proximity to Mt. Tabor is what drew me in, but we ended up doing so much more in the surrounding area. Great location, great lodging, and great hosts.

Shane’s place was like stepping into an Italian villa: beautiful gardens, cozy, quaint. The only challenge was parking. Street parking with limited legal spaces or parking across a busy street and unloading from there. Otherwise, Shane was personable, friendly and attentive and we loved the property.

This is our second stay at the Nest. Like the previous visit, the Nest remains to uphold a very high level of comfortability. The apartment is clean and secure. It is well equiped with all of the major necessities to cook. Wifi and cable TV work efficiently. The neighborhood is quiet, and the accommodation is safe. Parking just outside on the street very convenient. Milinn is wonderful host; she is attentive and accommodating.

A stone pathway leads to a welcoming entrance of a green house, framed by lush foliage and various plants. A large tree provides shade to the front area, while colorful shrubs create a natural border, enhancing the sense of privacy.

Such a comfy bed! And just as lovely as the photos. It was really quiet when we stayed here. My favorite thing was the board in the kitchen where previous guests had left recommendations for their favorite things to do/eat/see while in Portland. Lots of soul at this little spot. Thanks for having us!
