Amazing location and beautiful home. Comfortable lounge, large bedrooms and stunning bathroom! Loved the provided supplies and communication with host was A1. Beautifully restored house with plenty of space to relax or entertain (including outdoor area). If you have a wide car, driveway gets quite narrow at one point, and is a tad steep.

Kerry and Marcelo’s home was just like the photos — warm, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. Every time we needed something, we somehow found it already there, which made our stay feel so thoughtful and easy. Thank you both for creating such a lovely space — we’d love to come back one day!

Gorgeous house with all we needed for our stay near friends in Hobart- definitely walkable everywhere from the seafront, to local restaurants, cafes and shops down to the centre. Loved exploring the area, and admiring the cute properties and history!

We had a lovely family holiday at this house! In the midst of Hobart’s winter, we particularly appreciated a toasty warm place to stay. Nearby walks and jogging track on the Domain were a bonus. It was also very close to cafes and shops. My husband (who likes to cook) noticed how well set up the kitchen was and my daughter loved the big bathtub. This was a beautiful house to stay in. We loved it!

Georgia’s home was cosy and beautiful to stay in for a long weekend. There were plenty of spaces to enjoy, from the outside patio area to the big open-plan kitchen and the wonderful sunroom. The crafted windows and skylights make the house feel open and bright and we were nice and warm during our stay. The centre of the city is in walkable distance plus there’s a local corner store close by. Would highly recommend!

It was an outstanding listing with absolutely everything provided one would hope to have and all in the highest quality . With the weekly clean and wonderful hosts it was probably the best air bnb stay I’ve experienced.

We loved our stay at Wendy’s place. It’s spacious, clean, well located, great kitchen & bathroom. Very walkable to the heart of Hobart and north Hobart. The place has everything you could need for a great stay. Loved the book of local recommendations. Hope to stay here again next time we’re back in Hobart!

Jacqui was such a warm and thoughtful host! She was always responsive and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the handmade lavender bead warmer pillows she gifted us — such a heartfelt gesture that added a personal and comforting touch to our stay, especially in the chilly weather. The home is tucked just behind the main road, offering a nice sense of privacy while still being only a short drive to the city and Mt Wellington. Parking was easy and convenient right by the roadside. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for simple cooking, and the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were cosy and well-heated. The only small suggestion we have is that it would be lovely to have a heater or an electric blanket in the bedroom for added comfort during colder nights. One unexpected delight was the visit from three adorable pademelons in the backyard — such a treat to see them up close! All in all, it was an enjoyable and peaceful stay. Thank you, Jacqui!

I loved staying at Deanna's gorgeous studio. It was the perfect bolt-hole from which to explore Hobart. I really lucked out and would definitely rebook. It's so close to the centre of the city, but you feel just far enough away to feel like you're experiencing every day Hobart. It was a short walk to the local cafe, and also supermarket etc. My favourite aspect is the view of the mountain from everywhere you look in New Town. Thanks for having me Deanna!

We had a lovely stay with Renato and Christine. The space was warm and cosy- perfect to return to after a chilly day exploring Hobart. It’s about a 45-minute walk into town, which we really enjoyed as it’s a beautiful, scenic route. Renato and Christine were very attentive hosts while also giving us plenty of privacy. We also really loved the beautiful artwork by Christine throughout the home which added such a personal and creative touch. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The place was very clean and comfortable and nice to relax after all day exploring Hobart. We were also able to check in early which is a bonus! James have been great! Highly recommend this place

Gorgeous little apartment by the water. Better than we had expected and offers everything you could need. Beds were super comfy and great food and coffee literally minutes walk away - highly recommend and we are keen to stay again ! Thanks Roxy and Ambre for sharing your beautiful home with us !

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area. It was well equipped. The stairs may be an issue for some, although there was a 1 bedroom unit down stairs with easy access that one of our party used. The location was ideal for us and the view pleasant.

Great little stay if you’re looking for somewhere just out of the city centre, felt very private even though it was on a shared property. Had everything I needed

We had a fantastic stay — the place was spotless, cosy, and in a perfect location to explore Hobart. The heating kept us warm and comfortable on chilly nights, and we loved waking up to those beautiful water views. A peaceful, well-equipped spot that made for a really enjoyable visit.
