Die Wohnung befindet sich in idealer Lage nahe dem Vierwaldstättersee und der Luzerner Altstadt. Sie erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, die durch eine Treppe verbunden sind. Der obere Stock besticht durch schöne, alte Holzbalken, die den ursprünglichen Charakter des Gebäudes bewahren – beachten Sie jedoch, dass die Balkenhöhe verhältnismässig niedrig ist, sodass Personen über 1,80 m auf ihren Kopf achten sollten. Die ruhige Lage mit Blick in den idyllischen Innenhof lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss.

Morschach is located at 750 m above sea level. and belongs to the Stoos hiking and skiing region. Famous excursion destinations and historical sights are close by.

The cozy apartment on the 3rd floor has two rooms with sleeping accommodations for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds). A crib and child seat are available if needed. A well-equipped kitchen overlooking the Neustadt, as well as the newly renovated bathroom/toilet with bathtub and shower with views of the Musegg towers and the old town, result in a pleasant feeling of living.

Surrounded by nature & with a view of the local mountains you enjoy your peace! The city of Lucerne can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Excursion destinations nearby. CAR IS NECESSARY, AS NO BUS CONNECTION. (UBER/TAXI) In the middle part is our conference room for companies. On the top floor we live with 2 children in our own apartment.
