Lovely place to stay in a prime location. The view was great too, being able to see the beach from the property. Close to all the local shops, and the place was a lot larger than anticipated. Thank you for the incredible stay. Will definitely return.

Had a great stay! Everything was clean and tidy on arrival, directions to access house was clear and made it very easy. Once inside, it was relaxing with plenty of space. Nice big bedroom and comfy bed, great bathroom. Everything was supplied, cooking needs, toasters, perfect. Highly recommend, not far from anything! Will book again.

Amazing place to stay at for the weekend! Glenys was extremely friendly, gave lots of recommendations and was very accomodating. The accomodation was super clean, backyard was awesome for my dog and the hot tub was great. Would highly recommend!

Stayed 2 nights at Allan and Elizabeth’s listing. The place was as per photos and felt very clean and fresh. Host was kind to get the heating turned on for us before we arrived as it was a cold day. We chose this area as it was in close proximity to the massive Chadstone shopping centre and is between Melbourne and Phillip Island (penguins). Overall a very pleasant and easy stay. Do note to request for self check-in if required as we had the host wait up for us and we felt really bad!

Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with all of our requests and very prompt with responses. We enjoyed the place so much and will definitely be number 1 place to stay when we visit again! The place was really clean and the area accommodates to both people and pets. Sandra ensured we had no issues at all with our stay and was flexible with our schedule as well. Highly recommend! It’s an all year, all weather suitable accomodation place! The board games at the residence were also ideal for when staying indoors! Beautiful place with beautiful views!

This is amazing house,you can do everything in and out of this house nice and clean,looking beautiful. we cooked some Japanese dinner at the house there are everything what we needed. there are some nice cafes around there and beautiful beach as well. We had a great time even though it was raining outside when we stayed overnight Supposed to be raining next day as well but the sun came out at the morning and we enjoyed Sorrento after stayed this house.

A beautiful little place. Everything you need. A comfy bed and couch. You’ll need a car to get around. Super peaceful and the bath was fantastic at night

Sandy’s place was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and Sandy was extremely accommodating. Sandy was very responsive to any messages and had very clear instructions. We would visit here again in a heart beat

We had a fabulous stay & enjoyed having 2 spacious living areas in the house to socialise, read and relax. There is ample off street parking in a peaceful location that is an easy walk into Mt.Martha township. The elevated bay views and sea breezes are amazing from upstairs. The kitchen is amply supplied with plenty of crockery, cutlery, cookware, salad bowls etc for easy meal preparation & dining in. The beautiful balmy weather made our beach stay perfect.

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great clean place! Very spacious inside and outside. Unfortunately the weather was bad so was unable to utilise the pool. Heating and cooling in all rooms! Family and kid friendly. Would book again without hesitation.

The home itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the charm of the house, made it the perfect getaway. What truly made our stay special was Paul’s incredible attention to detail and generosity. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a friend’s beautiful beachside home. Highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The pictures here on Airbnb do not do this home justice - it's even more beautiful than the pictures could reflect. The view from the floor-to-vaulted ceiling windows was spectacular and we even stayed during the miserably cold and stormy winter holiday weekend. It was wonderful to watch the storm over the bay and the rain beside a cozy fire inside. I wish we could have taken advantage of the expansive deck and patio furniture. The inside is modern and luxe. Given the luxurious views and design, it is understandably a quite expensive stay. Kurt was also very responsive and helpful during our stay.

This place is perfect if you want something out of the busy city centre but close enough to get there quickly. This is a comfortable airbnb and for me the location was great. Coles supermarket close by and lots of restaurants all in walking distance. The train station is also a 5 minute walk away. Dmitry was a great host and answered a lot of questions I had before booking which ensured I had the perfect place for my 5 week stay in Melbourne. Comfortable beds, good set up if you need to work, and everything you need in the kitchen as well as washer and dryer. I’d recommend this, it’s one of the best airbnbs I have stayed in.

This contemporary, modern apartment is absolutely gorgeous with tasteful furnishings & sensational beds. Amir was extremely quick to response and super friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment, situated in a great location with everything at your finger tips.

Scenic view from the apartment on the seafront. Comfortable well equipped and within 10 minute walk of a grocer and train station.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

The place is clean and felt just like home! Kih is a really friendly host! It's just above the M-City mall so you can get whatever you need easily.

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Duncan's apartment was so lovely.. It was modern and clean. It had everything you needed. The location is excellent as it's across the road from the beach. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a beach holiday.
