Vacation rentals with beach access in Mount Martha

Amazing place to stay at for the weekend! Glenys was extremely friendly, gave lots of recommendations and was very accomodating. The accomodation was super clean, backyard was awesome for my dog and the hot tub was great. Would highly recommend!

Dot was a great host and our stay was amazing, as food and drinks were also provided. We were greeted to a clean, cosy property. Great outdoor and indoor areas, spacious living room and bathroom. Overall, was an amazing stay and would recommend for others!

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with all of our requests and very prompt with responses. We enjoyed the place so much and will definitely be number 1 place to stay when we visit again! The place was really clean and the area accommodates to both people and pets. Sandra ensured we had no issues at all with our stay and was flexible with our schedule as well. Highly recommend! It’s an all year, all weather suitable accomodation place! The board games at the residence were also ideal for when staying indoors! Beautiful place with beautiful views!

Shack No.2 was exactly as described in a fantastic position 1 block from Cowes main shops and restaurants. Cindy was a great host, even checking that we were warm enough when the wet and cold winter weather arrived. Phillip Island is a great holiday spot and coming back to the Shack every night was relaxing and cosy. thanks Cindy

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

Beautiful property, with a great living, kitchen, dining. Was large and comfortable to fit our extended family for a night away.

Truly great for families! Appreciated the baby cot, the games and toys as well as the kid utensils that were made available. Walkable distance to the town area and super quiet. We had a lovely stay here while we visited mornington. Travelled with our one year old who enjoyed moving around and also chilling in the living room. Accessible and a space that’s good for big groups!

We had a great time staying over a wintry long weekend at Mark's lovely place. The place felt homey, loved, and well taken care of. All the amenities were just as described and we missed nothing. We especially enjoyed the little cosy corner next to the fireplace. Mark was friendly and provided all the needed information. The place is well located, not far from the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. The price was reasonable and competitive. Overall, a great place which we would happily come back to!

We had such a lovely stay at Lisa's place. The house was lovely and clean, great bedding options and well positioned near the beach. The bathrooms are just gorgeous and the showers were great. Lisa communicated well and was gracious and friendly. A great spot for our girls weekend away!! I would definitely recommend a stay at Lisa's place.

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Josephine’s place was great. Spacious 2 bedroom , nice balcony, Clean, amazing location near the beach 200mts train station opposite. We extended our stay and Josephine was responsive and provided clear instructions. I m happy to recommend the apartment

Wonderful place to stay, with easy drive to great restaurants and nice walk to the beach. The outside blockout blinds make for secure, ensconced feeling. Great for maintaining a dark sleeping environment with less road noise. My partner and I loved our stay, and found the apartment easily provided a relaxing environment to unwind in.
