Spacious 2BR/2BA: Ideal for Families & Work Trips

RockyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Unfortunately, we spent less than 2 hours here if one doesn't account for the time we were asleep. In for a concert Saturday night and out for a hike Sunday morning. If we are ever in the area again, would love to stay a few days. Place was clean and private.

Secluded tent in Bankhead National Forest

JessicaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We really enjoyed our short stay in the secluded tent. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out by the campfire while we ate our supper. It was the perfect little overnight getaway for our family. My youngest loved the farm dog and the other farm animals. If you are anywhere in the area I definitely recommend buying some of the freeze dried candy. We got the java m & m's flavor and it was absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend this place.

Bigfoot Acres Farm

ChrisRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
As a New Yorker, I never imagined I’d love sleeping in a horse barn, but Bigfoot Acres completely won me over. The space was cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches like a toiletries basket and a washer and dryer (with detergent!). The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we needed, and the animals, especially the horses made it extra special. It felt like a true escape from the hustle of everyday life. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something peaceful, unique, and full of heart. Would absolutely come back!
The bathroom features a green countertop with a sink, accompanied by a large mirror. A toilet is positioned beside the sink, and a set of plush green rugs adds comfort. Natural light filters through a patterned curtain, enhancing the room's ambiance.

Bungalow in Bankhead Forest

ParkerRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We loved the cabin. The cabin was very cute and well thought out. The jacuzzi tub was a wonderful surprise and the highlight of the stay after a long hike! Host was very friendly and familiar with the forest. We had wifi, a little cell service with at&t, none with t-mobile, but we fully expected that. We were close to the trails and spent the majority of the trip hiking. Fairly close to town, we went out for dinner at a local mexican restaurant as well. The location was very private, there are two other cabins on the property but both were vacant during our stay. The host showed us the other two at checkout and they are all awesome. We definitely want to stay again!
