Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mouans-Sartoux

I booked it for a surprise birthday for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The views are breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. We will be delighted to come back and spend a few days in this beautiful house as soon as we have the opportunity

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays- so happy we decided to stay in Saint Paul de Vence and so lucky to have had this beautiful place as our home base for our visit! Not only is the home absolutely stunning - full of the charm and patina that comes along with being part of this incredible little gem of a medieval village on a hilltop with its exposed beam ceilings, beautiful old doors, and magnificent vistas over the surrounding countryside- but it also was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had the most sunning bathrooms with giant clawfoot tubs to luxuriate in after a day of exploring! We loved Katie’s recommendations for restaurants and nearby beaches and had such a wonderful time getting to know Saint Paul de Vence and the surrounding area! Don’t miss an evening walk through this village- it is magic!

Our stay with Carina was perfect! The place is exactly as described and the loft is super equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

This was absolutely my favorite airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The home and garden and so much more beautiful in person. The photos do not do it justice. It’s a stunning home surrounded by lush greens and flowers. The interior is impeccable. Phillipe greeted us with fresh fruits, and a stocked refrigerator. He even had bug spray for the pesky mosquitoes. I can’t recommend Ann’s place enough. The location is beautiful and we took day trips to Saint Tropez, Eze, and some other beautiful spots. A must!

We had a lovely stay! Quiet and peaceful environment, close to many places to visit. In addition, the accommodation is very comfortable and well suited to animals. I would highly recommend it!

We were 3 couples staying at Christofer's place. It was comfortable , but the bedrooms were a little small. The showers were great and the beds were comfortable. There are only two toilets, so that created slight inconveniences. The location was prime with great shops, restaurants and cafe's in the area. Christofer and his family were attentive and informative. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great spot and apartment with a lovely cute balcony. If you get the chance to stay here in Antibes (in the old town with no cars), make sure to hit up Jeanne. Amazing natural wine bar and one of our fave dinner spots during our trip. Andrea & Manuel were super pleasant and we really appreciated the flexible check-in with our train delay! No complaints! Small apartment inside a beautiful early twentieth-century villa. Beautiful, well-kept and quiet setting. A peaceful oasis away from the noise and bustle of the coastal cities, but just a few kilometers from all the attractions. Very welcome use of the beautiful garden and pool. Unbeatable value for money

Staying with Matthias was absolutely great – 5 out of 5 stars! I was staying there during the Lions Festival in Cannes, and the location was perfect: only 13 minutes by car to the center. The place was clean, quiet and super relaxed – just what you need after a full day in Cannes. Clear recommendation!

While listening to the host's friendly guidance, I saw the beautiful sea view right in front of the accommodation. I used it very usefully because you prepared all the necessary supplies for playing in the beach. The accommodation was private, so it was quiet and cozy. It was good to rent a car and park, and it was easy to get around. I was so happy to have a wonderful memory of the south of France here.

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up from the train station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

Lovely apartment with a large roof terrace and great views. I would have easily stayed in the apartment for longer. From the apartment, you can walk to the beach and downtown Cannes in about 20 minutes. The host was nice and gave clear instructions. I recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cannes.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We had a fantastic time at this absolute lovely apartment. The location is perfect, with the beach and numerous restaurants right out the front doors to the building. The apartment itself could not be nicer. The views are out of this world. And the living space is clean and inviting. Finally, the host was very responsive and even kindly let us check in early. Great time all around.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Breathtaking view in a such a beautiful property. Super clean. Renovated and very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful building with private parking is a plus. Beds very comfortable. Waking up to a dreamy view was heavenly. Just could not get enough! Alexandra is super sweet and kind. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . The apartment’s location was excellent — just a short walk from everything we needed. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, from fresh coffee to beach towels and even a sunshade, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe, which added to our peace of mind. We also had one of the smoothest and most pleasant check-in experiences we’ve ever had, and the host was exceptionally responsive, answering all our questions almost instantly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
