The toll booth by the sea 1 of 1895

Built in 1895 as a residence for railway workers, this charming signal house nestled between the railway and the beach was fully restored in 2025, preserving its authentic character. The Casello sul Mare boasts a private beach, accessible only from the house with no public access, and a cliffside terrace—perfect for breakfast, sunset aperitifs, or quiet moments of contemplation with a breathtaking sea view. The property is divided into two independent units, each with its own private entrance.

The Indigo Room

L'alloggio, situato nella zona collinare di Cefalù con vista mozzafiato sul borgo e la sua baia, è un posto tranquillo ed immerso nel verde. Dispone di un'ampia terrazza coperta da cui ammirare lo splendido panorama, sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino. Comprende un'ampia camera da letto, un rilassante salotto con vista su Cefalù ed accesso diretto alla terrazza, un bagno con comodo box doccia ed una cucina abitabile con caratteristico caminetto a legna. In this area, you can hike in the beautiful “Cammarata Mountain Natural Reserve”. The place is only 20km from the Andromeda Theatre and the Hermitage of Saint Rosalia, 45 km from the Greek Temples of Agrigento, 40 km from Farm Cultural Park in Favara e Sant’Angelo Muxaro.
