Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

Beautiful apartment with garden in the countryside. Recommendation.

We have been to this beautiful cottage for the second time and it was absolutely fantastic again! The house is well equipped, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The pool is a real highlight. Our two dogs also felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the stay. A very big thank you to the warm host – as always, everything was perfectly prepared and we felt immediately welcome. I'm sure we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the large bed was comfortable. There is a nice area for sitting out in the lower garden. The sea view is somewhat misleading. While it is possible to view the sea it can’t be done from the apartment unless you walk across the lower garden. The seaview shown is essentially from SAs parent apartment on the upper floor. That said the garden is a pleasant place to sit out. As others have stated there is a language issue with SAs father but this was easily got round with hand signals etc. He was waiting for our arrival and showed us round the apartment and was pleasant to deal with. He also brought chocolate pancakes one evening. SA was very quick to respond to my queries prior to arrival and offered us the option to arrive early. Overall this is a pleasant place to stay.

We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The complex is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. When the water drain in the bathroom was defective, Klaus responded super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and was able to repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Istria! The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for our group, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the private pool and large outdoor area, plenty of room to lounge, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The location is peaceful and offers a true taste of Istria, while still being within a short drive to charming towns, beaches, and local restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for space, privacy, and a touch of luxury in beautiful Croatia. We’d love to come back!

Beautiful and quiet house with nice swimming pool and nice outdoor kitchen. It fully met our expectations. Very clean and very well maintained. We were warmly welcomed by the owners. The owners are very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!

An absolute dream destination. The owner is very friendly, helpful and not intrusive. You get the feeling there is someone there who is happy to help and support. The fence is completely tight, our dogs could go out whenever they wanted and we didn't have to worry about them running away. The house is equipped with everything that is important. You can feel completely comfortable here, everything is 100% clean and looks as if no one has ever been here. The house is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures! Pool is cleaned regularly by the owner, especially in the morning, so that you don't notice anything (didn't even hear anything) and it's always nice and clean. It can absolutely be recommended, will come back next year!!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The place was comfortable and well-equipped. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even let us stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place to stay – we will be happy to come back!

The accommodation more than met our expectations. If the first impression from the street still seemed very inconspicuous, we were convinced of the opposite when entering the house. The rooms were extremely modern and homely, and the kitchen was also extremely well equipped. The privately enclosed garden with pool and outdoor kitchen was also ideal for our group of 8 people and invited you to relax. The separate pool house or freestanding bathtub in one of the bedrooms was also a small highlight. Overall, we enjoyed the time there and can definitely recommend it. ☀️

We had a week's holiday in villa Zoro with our three small children. We had a lovely relaxing week. Not much to do in the city! But there is a football field and playground we used daily. But it's a 10 minute drive to the nearest bigger supermarket (Lidl) We were greeted by ms. Eni, who is super sweet and friendly. The place was clean and tidy, with a kitchen with everything you need. The only downside to the stay was that it is among many ruin houses being renovated and there is an odor coming from the chicken coop next door. But we had a really lovely holiday! Check out was also super flexible where Sarah came and even had a small gift for us.

As can be seen on the map, the cottage is located in a small village relatively away from big cities or the coast. Nevertheless, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and attractions in the immediate vicinity. The house is freestanding with a large plot of land, which means there are no directly adjacent neighbors. The outdoor area is top out with lounge-chairs, jacuzzi, gas grill and terrace with seating. There is also parking is available right in front of the house. The interior design also leaves nothing to be desired: all rooms are fully equipped (small hairdryer available against the description), offer enough storage space and were found very clean. For purposes such as cooking, washing and cleaning, everything you need is also available at the house. The two hosts, Nenad and Valentina, are very friendly and helpful and gave us direct tips on the area and the accommodation after the key handover. They were always available to answer any questions. All in all, a top stay with a very good price. We were very happy to have chosen this place. Clear recommendation.

A great place to stay in the heart of Motovun, a cozy stone house decorated very artistic with mentality and talent for detail. I was drawn to the first wooden floor. Renata is friendly, met us at the apartment and helped us with everything we needed and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants that are very good Would definitely recommend!.

A Hidden Gem in Pazin – Absolutely Perfect Stay! Staying at Nikolina’s place was an absolute dream. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful details that made us feel instantly welcome. The setting is peaceful and scenic — ideal for relaxing or exploring the beautiful Istrian countryside. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Nikolina herself and her family. She was incredibly helpful and kind — whether we needed help drying clothes, setting up the grill, or tasting her delicious homemade almond grappa, she was always there with a smile and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a quiet, charming, and heartwarming getaway, this is the place. We’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

Ivan's Villa Simone is a great house. We were here with eight people and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, both inside and outside. The furnishings are high quality and everything you need has been thought of. When we arrived, towels and beach towels were already on the loungers by the pool, which immediately invited us to swim. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming. Ivan was very accommodating and always available. His mother even brought us a homemade cake. We've rarely felt so comfortable in an airbnb. I'm sure we'll be back. Thanks Ivan for this great vacation.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!

Claudia’s place is a perfect place for exploring Istra’s gem little towns and countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed peaceful setting within fields and lavender flowers. Studio apartment is perfect for travellers with ample parking and amenities you would need in the kitchen. Bed is comfy and bathroom is clean, a/c works great. Claudia is very responsive and communication is easy. I definitely recommend Claudia’s place and would happily return for the next trip to beautiful Istra!
