Here you live 280 meters from our " local pub" Mallboden, the coziest café in town where you can enjoy everything from waffles to wine, troubadours and quis evenings. Belongs to private accommodation, is located on the front side towards the road and has a private entrance from the driveway. 50 meters to the nearest swimming area. Free parking in driveway. The house is 20 sqm and has a 180 bed, a kitchenette including portable hobs, micro, water kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower. Outdoor chairs and tables are available. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

A lovely beach house with a wonderful view.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake that you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach which is the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. In the summertime there are 4 restaurants close by.(2 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful surrounding area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Code to the key box will be sent to you the day before arrival.
