Newly built cabin in 2020, with good standards. The cabin is west facing with plating so you can enjoy the view to the sea both outside and inside. The forest and the beach are only minutes away, so here you can choose either forest walks or nice walks by the coastal path, There are also good fishing possibilities, both right nearby or by driving to Jeløya or Larkollen. The sea trout bites well here :) The cabin is well equipped in the kitchen and on 2 floors (loft height) there is a TV with DVD player and AppleTv Large Trampoline Parking space for 4

Many smiling and pleasant pensioners live here. The apartment is spacious for two, and there is a possibility to provide a baby/toddler bed if desired. It's a colorful apartment, full of soul, perfect for guests to seek out from energy-appearing hotel rooms. Large southwest-facing balcony. Walking distance to Flybussen/Nesparken. Delicious food deals like Nobel, right outside the door!

In this newly built delicate apartment on Larkollen, you can lower your shoulders and enjoy the tranquility of the summer. The apartment is an extension at the end of my own house, where you have a 25m2 apartment all to yourself. You have your very own undisturbed terrace with evening sun, private entrance with only 600 meters to the sea. (8 min walk.) There is plenty of space for two people in a brand new and exclusive Hitra continental bed 150 cm. Good internet connection also makes this place perfect for workation. Free parking.

Walk 80 meters down to the Svaberg and swimming area, walk 400 meters and you will find mini golf, beach, free golf and sand volleyball court. Marina and eatery 1 km away. 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed and 1 children's travel bed. Towels and bedlinen is provided. Coffee, tea, sugar and spices, paper towels, toilet paper and wet wipes and various soaps are in the apartment and can be used. The host is on the main floor of the house.

The home has three bedrooms and two living rooms - a living room with fireplace and direct exit to the terrace and a TV lounge that also has a piano. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there is coffee and coffee maker for free use. Beds will be ready made when guests arrive and there are towels in the bathroom. There is one bathroom and in addition a separate toilet. Washer and dryer are located in the basement and can be used by separate agreement.

We are just home after a stay at Victoria's place. We were at a 50th birthday party for a student mate, we were a total of 7 adults and had plenty of room. The accommodation was very beautifully decorated, tidy and offered many different places to hang out, retreating away for a while to rest and other things to have a successful stay. Victoria responded quickly to questions and gave information well before we arrived. We were all very impressed and would love to come back (we went around and got decorating tips). The surroundings are very beautiful and offered a long walk one of the days. The accommodation is highly recommended!

We had two great summer holiday weeks at the house. The place offered great views of the Oslo fjord, 5 min walk to the fjord/10 min walk to nice sandy beach, great garden with cherry wood,rip bushes and trampoline, and nice patio. There were many toys available outside as inside which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. There is quite listening in the house, which gives a cabin vibe, suitable for the summer holidays. Jeanette was great to communicate with and we got help with what we were wondering about. Putting your holiday here is highly recommended, if you like us are a family of small children who want a place that is arranged and where it is easy to create nice experiences.

Nice and modern apartment, right next to Oslo fjord. I had a nice sailing event ending with a dinner, all at the tiny but cozy Son harbor. The 2 minute walk to this splendid apartment was just perfect!

Very nice and quiet area, with amenities such as a supermarket and pharmacy next door. Bus 3 minutes from the house to go downtown. Walking is 15 minutes to the center, a very pleasant walk in a beautiful setting. Train station with good connections to Oslo and other surrounding areas. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable, pleasant and quiet stay. Magnificent setting of homes and nature. Patricia and Roberto are great hosts, friendly, without being overwhelming but always available and attentive to anything you might need. Excellent stay and experience.

We selected this accommodation for an overnight stop while traveling by motorcycle from Norway to mainland Europe. It is conveniently located close to the highway, making it easy to find, and matches the description provided in the listing. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped. The Nespresso coffee machine with available pods was a nice touch. Communication with the host was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. Additionally, there was ample parking available right in front of the building.

We had a really lovely experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What made the stay extra special was the host — super friendly and helpful! She gave me a map of the local ferry routes, which made getting around so much easier, and even recommended a great restaurant that I probably wouldn’t have found on my own. Everything was smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Fredrikstad.

We greatly enjoyed this fantastic place with our 2 children. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were lovely. The view is breathtaking! Children were allowed to help feed the chickens. Judith is a very friendly and helpful woman.
