Monthly Rentals in Mosedale

My husband, toddler and 4 month old had a wonderful stay at Mark's property over a long weekend away. Mark and Lisa were both really responsive any time I had a question or query in advance of our stay, and were kind enough to allow us to modify our booking to stay an extra night last minute because we were having such a nice time in the Lakes. The apartment is a good size, clean and comfortable. Our toddler loved staying on the sofa bed, and it was great that there was a travel cot available for our baby. The kitchen amenities were just right for what we needed. Whitbarrow Village itself is wonderful for both families and couples with plenty to do in both good and bad weather. We made good use of the swimming pool and play facilities, and also relaxed on the exquisitely peaceful terrace. We'd love to stay here again in future when we're next up in the area.

Good communication prior to arrival, and then met us as we arrived and explained the property and the details. Rob kept us updated of things that were going on, we had a lovely stay and our son loved watching the stream flow in the garden and watching the birds and the squirrels.

Lovely upside-down barn conversion (spacious living /dining/kitchen area upstairs), very characterful with the exposed roof beams and stone floors downstairs. Beautiful rural setting opposite the church and fields, and near a working dairy farm. We really loved our stay! Host was fixed any little issues quickly, and our family of 4 had a chilled out time when not exploring the Lakes.

The Old Map Shop is a distinctive and quaint property set in a beautiful location. It is smart, compact and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and owners who clearly have a green agenda. There are several lovely walks nearby. The home EV charger was a big bonus for us. Carol was responsive to all queries in a timely manner. Many thanks for letting us stay.
