Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from equipment for our one-year-old. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy downtown Granville just a ten-minute walk away. Granville train station is easily accessible. Convenience stores are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also nearby. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. Everything was as shown in the pictures, at first the bathroom smelled a little of drain, but stopped after we left the light and the drain in the bathroom on. Everything else is great.

Perfect house for a weekend with children and grandchildren. The house is comfortable, very well-equipped. Matches the description. Beautiful scenery, To hike and see the Ange Michel park. The owner is very responsive to answering questions.

Very nice house, well equipped both inside and outside, quiet with a large garden. Good communication with Myriam and Gilles. The only small downside (but which did not concern us): 2 bedrooms that can be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility because of the miller's ladder to access them. Very good stay spent with friends.

Excellent stay, and great communication

We stayed here for our first holiday with our daughter- it was the perfect location, nice and quiet but within walking distance of the village (and the boulangerie!) There was loads of space for her to play in, both inside and outside, and it was pretty easy to get to the local towns and local attractions. Would love to stay here again.

We had an extended weekend in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid from almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the hot tub. We'd also like to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

Stéphane and Vincent are very nice, their house is very clean and very functional. We had a lovely stay in Granville. The apartment is as advertised and is very well located (2 min from the city center on foot and 5 min from the martime train station). Régine welcomed us very warmly in the apartment and the communication with was clear and fluid. We would recommend this listing.

Very clean accommodation, close to the city center but in a quiet area, very well equipped, nothing is missing for a pleasant stay. Fabien is very responsive and attentive to these guests.

Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well-equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard where you can park cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We did not meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
