Quiet apartment with conservatory on beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour (2 km). There is a large playground 500 meters away. Supermarket and pizzeria 1 km away. Many small hikes to difficult day trips are possible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Mountaineers will be just as happy here as families with small children.

We had a wonderful holiday in Tyrol! After a warm welcome through the lovingly renovated and really large apartment of Verena and Thomas, we immediately felt comfortable. The amenities were great, everything very clean and well maintained, Verena quickly available for any questions. There were cows right in front of the house, in-house fresh eggs, the playground equipment could be shared and in the apartment there were also toys for all ages. 🙂 The picturesque surroundings and nature let us switch off directly. We highly recommend this great place and host 😊

A very nice apartment, everything very clean, factual and practical furnishings, everything you need in an apartment. Centrally located, Kufstein, Rosenheim and the corresponding hiking areas are easy to reach. Kiefersfelden can also be reached by train (about 10 minutes' walk to the train station).

The house is amazing with mountain views and can see sunrise from the windows. For animal lovers, you can just head over to the barn near Bierol to see cows. The host also recommends the famous brewery nearby and the food & beers are excellent. Is a famous historic house by a famous musician so we are so humble to stay in. Washing & drying facilities are good. Would love to stay with them again!!
