Beach house vacation rentals in Mornington Peninsula Shire

This BnB was very beautifully decorated, my family and I wanted to stay close by as we were eloping in the area and what made this BnB so perfect was the fact they owned the second one next door, meaning our family had lots of space and we could walk between each others houses without needing to get into the car. The home itself self was very well equipped with everything we needed, so many utensils and crockery. Denise & Henrik went above and beyond for my partner and I to ensure the space was perfect for our wedding day stay on Phillip Island. They were both very informative and helpful and was available for support for any questions we needed.

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Place was amazing and was able to accommodate a big sleepover with the kids (our 3 + 3 cousins) without anyone feeling like they were sitting/sleeping on top of eachother. Kitchen was fantastically equipped and central to the house, which made for a great family meal together. The gas fireplace was exactly what we needed as well, gave off great heat and was super easy to use. Pool table and cinema room was well used over our couple days as well. Jumanji and the big screen was a treat for all the kids.

The house is located right in front on the beach (that feels private) we were able to see the sunset and sunrise. The house has everything you could need and it’s really beautiful. 100% recommend

Lovely little gem, easy to get the bus into town to have a few wines! John was the loveliest host and made us feel really comfortable, showed us his impressive wine-making, gave some great local advice and made sure we got on the right bus to town for dinner.

The house was peaceful, comfortable and in a great location - walking distance to the beach. It felt like a real and cosy home - he kitchen was amazing with lots of utensils and dishes, making it easy to cook meals. Shar was a lovely host. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

This was the perfect place for our family getaway. We had teenagers and toddlers with us and this property had something for everyone. Most importantly my father who has a mobility disorder and has a wheelchair and walking frame was able to move around the house with ease. The hosts were super responsive and provided us with a lot of information about the property and things to do in the area. Thank you for a beautiful weekend.

We had a great stay here. Very comfortable and welcoming home for our family weekend away. Easy walk to the shops and beach with kids. The cupboards are stocked with all the essentials and the level of thoughtful detail that has gone into enhancing the guest experience is really impressive and so appreciated. A cold, wet winter weekend for our stay, but we’d love to return in summer to really enjoy the lovely deck, backyard and pool. Instead we enjoyed the board games that were provided. We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

A very enjoyable and cosy stay. Tamara made everything super easy from start to finish - we really appreciated the local recommendations and the array of welcome treats for us and our dogs as well. Definitely recommend and will be back for sure.

My friends and I were on our annual girls weekend away, and the house lived up to every expectation. Three excellent size bedrooms inside plus a generous bungalow so everyone had their own areas. Lounge and kitchen areas suited us well with excellent heating. Decor was very attractive and the house was immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend.

I took my family to Tamara's place on Field st. over weedays. Tamara's place is exceptionally beautiful with high quality settings. Heated pool was well worth it for this time of the year. We really enjoyed our time together in Tamara's place. Tamara also provided a lot of great tips around the area. We also took our little dog with us. The house is very pet friendly. Place was great! Excellent for kids! We loved the games room it was a real hit! Place was very clean and easy to find. Kasia was flexible with check in and always responded to questions promptly. Would definitely recommend to stay, especially if you have kids.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

Clean, Tidy, Good Amenities and Plenty of Linen. Tamara communicated well and gave us flexibility on Check in and Check out (Outstanding on Check out). a great experience for our auxiliary wedding accommodation.

We found that the accommodation had a touch of glamour and shine with a spectacular rare view of the bay from the kitchen and living rooms as well as the bedrooms. The house was extremely clean and comfortable and the kitchen high end. Close to the Mornington shops and restaurants and the Mornington beach. We were really impressed by the generous accomodation across the two levels. We enjoyed the luxury feel of the accommodation. A memorable stay for our family.
