Fantastic location, private and very well provisioned with furniture, bedding, large screen tv and kitchenware. All Sorrento’s and the local region’s best amenities and attractions are close by, with restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. Highly recommended, especially for a family or group of 4 - 6.

Great stay - Jasmina was very helpful and the apartment was very well appointed. Enjoyed the proximity to the sea for some lovely morning walks and runs. Thank you again!

Our stay was wonderful! Andi was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. Jan was amazing host and she offered early check in as well. The house is a bit far from city but the stay is really good with all the comfort you can imagine. Stocked up kitchen as well. Will surely recommend friends for this stay.

5/5 - Wonderful Stay We had a fantastic stay at Phil’s place. The place is exactly as described. The location is perfect for someone who is into the peaceful sea. Phil is incredibly kind and responsive, always proactive to provide instructions and available to answer questions. We really appreciate the assistance Phil provided throughout the stay. If we thinking going to Cowes again, we will absolutely pick Phil’s place again and we do recommend this beautiful place to anyone who planning to visit Phillip Island. We had a great stay (4 adults, toddler and baby). For our group the house was child friendly on a quiet street with a large shaded out door area. We made use of the extremely well stocked kitchen and bbq. A short walk down to the beach and great little coffee caravan. Would recommend

This was hands down the *best Airbnb* we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is **beautifully maintained** and **fully equipped** with everything we could possibly need – the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the living spaces were cozy, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. Our kids absolutely *loved it here* – they haven’t stopped talking about the stay since we left! The space was so family-friendly, safe, and had plenty of room for them to play. It’s rare to find a place that keeps both adults and children this happy. The host was wonderful – responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcomed. Brilliant location over looking Flinders Gold Course. The house is extremely comfortable with beautiful views from the upstairs entertaining area. Plenty of space with great open fireplace. Very clean and great beds. Highly recommend!

Sam’s place is absolutely gorgeous and feel just like home. It is incredibly comfortable and we really love the ambiance. Plus the huge backyard kept our kids entertained for hours and the house feature a brand new kitchen and furniture. The only down side is that the upstairs bedrooms can get quite hot since there is no air conditioning. We struggled a bit one night when day time temperature hit 38 degree. Other than that, the house is very close the the beach, house condition and overall atmosphere are top class.

Exceptionally well positioned in Rye with beautiful views .. The host was exceptionally helpful throughout our state The house has amazing views from the front and the back with huge very well maintained garden and fully equipped kitchen and pantry The house had beautiful barbecue area fireplace and Wi-Fi The house also had a lift for is of transporting luggage from the basement to the top floor The host has been very helpful the answering questions on the spot and the check in and check out was very smooth

The location of the property was perfect. It was well stocked and very comfortable. Communication was prompt and any requests were dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend this property and hope I am lucky enough to stay again. Loved it!
