Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Mornington Peninsula Shire

My group of friends and I had a fabulous weekend celebrating our milestone birthdays. The house is very comfortable for large groups and the spa was a great social space. The heater kept us cosy and we had a very enjoyable time!

Our stay at SaltBush was amazing. The property is stunning with a beautiful interior and exterior hosting lots of space and great amenities. We enjoyed all of our meals on the balcony, making use of the bbq and the beautiful views & surroundings. It felt very private, and it was so quiet & peaceful. We loved the location as it was walking distance to the beach, a local cafe for coffee was close by, and it was driving distance to wineries and restaurants. The fireplace was the perfect touch, it felt so cosy. Olivia was a fantastic host, she kept in great contact prior to the stay and answered any questions we had pre-arrival to ensured that we enjoyed our time away. The house was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the spa — a perfect way to relax. The dual living areas were ideal, allowing the kids to spend time downstairs while the adults relaxed upstairs. The only challenge we encountered was the driveway. It’s quite steep and narrow, and while manageable in dry weather, it can get slippery when wet. We were driving a Kia Carnival, and the wheels did spin a bit near the top. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

From the moment we booked, communication was professional and clear, which made the whole experience seamless. The home itself was immaculate, and the heater had been thoughtfully turned on for our arrival—such a welcoming touch that added to the cosy atmosphere. We brought along our two teens with the goal of enjoying a minimal-tech, family-focused holiday, and this house was absolutely perfect. We cooked meals together, sat by the fire, had movie nights, and even swam in the heated pool under the stars—pure magic. The location was ideal, with stunning coastal walks just outside the front door. We also took a scenic road trip to visit some local wineries and Charlie’s Car Museum, which was a hit with everyone. From boutique shopping in Sorrento to the nearby hot springs, golf driving range and beautiful beach strolls, there was something for everyone. We made some truly special memories here and will definitely be back!

Lyndie made our stay so wonderful. It was clean and spacious and homey. The grounds and view are peaceful and spectacular. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and apart of the community for a little gift basket of local and homemade products. It was easy to locate and enter the house and property. It is so close to many wineries and a short drive to the beach. It’s a blissful place to relax in the spa with a wine and a view, read a book in nature or curl up on the couch and watch TV with a loved one. Would most definitely recommend staying here!

My family and I had the liveliest time at Lisa's villa in the heart of the Ramada resort. surrounded by nature but with access to all resort facilities, we were never short of things to do. The villa is perfect, well appointed and had everything we needed, plus some lovely touches like Easter eggs and hot cross buns! Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks Lisa!

Great little villa with brand new kitchen and amenities. Well appointed. Perfect size for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and one room on one side of villa and the rest on the other side. Great location, the Ramada resort is always lots of fun for the kids and they love it here. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at in the area with its freshened up look. Host was extremely responsive and attentive, would book again!

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. I had an amazing stay at Annie's place. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and quick responses to any questions. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Philip Island.

I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

The place was perfect! The house had everything we needed to make Christmas special! The Villa was surrounded by nature and was very peaceful. The resort had so much to do for kids. The kitchen was very set up and had loads of kitchen appliances to use e.g. air fryer, baking stuff, sandwich machine. The house was a good size and layout. We will definitely go back.

This place was nothing short of amazing. The photos did not do it justice, as soon as we opened the door we were impressed. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen was great quality and the room smelt amazing. We enjoyed a wine tasting where we were easily able to walk back to our room, there was also a picnic basket that we took out and enjoyed some wine while still being at the vineyard. I would stay here again and certainly would recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful environment.

Jim and Louisa’s pod is a perfect private Haven, walking disrance to the beach, beautiful garden for a little dog to run out at the front, and the pod had all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot spa at night looking at the stars is a must. Definitely recommend!

We were looking for an amazing place to stay for our weekend trip and found it completely exceeded our expectations. The cottage comes with everything you need for a great getaway, from the fabulous beach only a short walk or the yummy cafe just down the road along with everything inside even some beautiful bread and jams. The bed was really warm and comfortable even coming with electric blankets if you needed some added warmth. We had the best two nights sleep we had in ages. Don’t miss a chance to stay at this great hideaway.

Great little gem right by the beach. Clean and cozy, my children loved it. We will definitely be back.
