This is a family home where my family and I warmly host our guests. Breakfast is included in the price. We also cook lunch or dinner if you asks before. Our house is located in the rural village of Jabbes. By car we are 7 minutes from Geant shopping center, 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the city center. The bus to the city center runs every hour and stops near the house. But better to be motorized to move freely.

Relax in this unique accommodation between the beach, forest and mountain, the neighborhood is very quiet close to all shops. 5-minute walk to the forest. 10-minute walk to the beach and train station. The train can go to Tunis city center in less than an hour, also to Hammamet the tourist area, otherwise you can order a driver at reasonable prices at any time. Our stay at Samir’s lovely villa was exceptional. The location was brilliant and the home was beautiful, everything is clean, the rooms are beautifully furnished. The villa is really gorgeous surrounded by olive and fruit trees. The bathroom is clean with a great shower, the pool is large with a view of the beautiful surroundings. Photos don’t do it justice. Samir as a host along with his sister went above and beyond making us feel welcome, provided essentials ,even took us around the whole town when we first arrived making sure we had everything we needed showing us which spots were best, helped us plan our trip and provided great insight and info on the local culture/community. During our stay we had complete privacy but the hosts were just a message away to assist us. This villa is also baby friendly, Samir accommodated for us by providing a cot. We were sad to leave and would definitely visit again and recommend this to anyone wanting to visit. 10/10

As a digital nomad, I’ve been using Airbnb and similar situations for the last 2+ years and can confidently say this is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve stayed. It is the kind of place where you get inspired. It is part museum and part fruit of love of the owners meticulous restoration efforts of this historic house. But don’t be scared. It has all the modern amenities and they work perfectly well. Amel had warned me about the wifi coverage being it the medina but the wifi worked pretty great in one part of the house which was good enough for me and I managed to work remotely without a hitch. I can’t wait to return and bring friends next time!
