Super accueil par Franca et son mari très disponibles et adorables! Logement idéalement placé car au calme tout en étant proche de Naples en transport (train à 10min à pied du logement puis centre Naples à 15 min en train). Pizzas excellentes juste en face!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar, äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Gegend ist einfach bezaubernd, ruhig und malerisch – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns mehr als wohlgefühlt, fast wie zu Hause. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Casa davvero molto carina dotata di ogni comfort e pulitissima. In particolare ci ha accolti un giardino molto bello curato nei minimi particolari. Alessia e la mamma sono due host davvero molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno atteso fino a tarda serata per il check in e ci hanno fornito con grande solerzia tutto l'occorrente per la casa. Location comodissima alla città di Napoli oltre che Pozzuoli. Peccato non aver potuto godere di un soggiorno piu lungo ma questa casa è consigliatissima.

My family and I stayed at this location and it was a fantastic stay for our time in Naples. Everyone was taken aback by how beautiful and large the space was including the terrace. Dominico was very responsive and helpful. He even came to unclog a toilet for us. There is ample space for a large family to live and entertain and just enjoy the beauty of Naples. There's a great beach within walking distance where the locals go. They also rent kayaks there for the bay of Naples. The gelateria and cafe at the top of the hill are fantastic! Finally there's a pharmacy and a grocery store all within walking distance. There are 2 major businesses lines at the top as well. The only thing I would say to warn other guests about is the neighbor in the unit below. The best thing I can say is to keep the noise to a minimum as much as possible at night and simply ignore the woman below. Don't let her detract from your vacation because this house and location are wonderful. Thanks again Dominico!

Franco è stato un host molto gentile e cordiale. Ci è venuto incontro per tutte le mostre necessità. Molto disponibile. L'appartamento era situato in una posizione comoda per spese, visita ai luoghi d'interesse e facile da raggiungere con i bagagli.

Beautiful villa with large and excellent garden to relax and enjoy Bacoli bay. Excellent location with beautiful view of the bay and Castello Aragonese. This is the place to stay if you visit Bacoli.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. Un superbe séjour dans cette villa accueillante et très bien entretenue. Le cadre est magnifique, avec vue sur la baie de Pouzzoles, des mandarinniers et citronniers. Calme et loin des tumultes de Naples. à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds d'une gare qui déssert Naples rapidement via des trains très propres et peu chers. Pouzzoles a aussi l'avantage d'avoir des très bons restaurants (Diego Vitagliano, Terronnia...) et de desservir les îles d'Ischia et Procida très facilement via Ferry. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et arrangeants sur les heures de départ et d'arrivée. Cela donne envie de revenir, merci encore !

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questa villetta immersa nel verde, un vero angolo di pace per staccare dalla routine. Fin da subito, l’host si è dimostrata disponibile e attenta, garantendoci un soggiorno sereno. La casa ha superato le aspettative: spaziosa, accogliente e arredata con gusto, con ambienti puliti e ben organizzati, dotati di ogni comfort. La posizione è ideale, immersa nella natura ma ben collegata, con le piste da sci raggiungibili in circa un’ora. Dopo una giornata sulla neve, volevamo guardare la finale di Sanremo, ma il comfort del divano e il calore dell’ambiente ci hanno conquistati… e ci siamo addormentati! Un soggiorno indimenticabile, che ripeteremo sicuramente!

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.

A lot of houses in Italy are called "Villa". Giosis home really deserves the name "Villa". It is spacious, private, has everything you need. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay as a family of 5. You feel like you are in the nowhere but supermarket and lovely little village is close. We had the best pizza of our life there. Neaple, visuv, pompeii are reachable within 1h-1,5h by car are "must-see" trips if you are there. thanks Giosi for your trust and having us.

La maison de Luca est tout simplement incroyable! Nichée dans la montagne, fraîche malgré la chaleur, superbement décorée et accueillante. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux grâce également à la générosité et la sympathie de Luca et de Giuseppina. À recommander sans hésiter.

Anna has an amazing space. It reminded me of a loft apartment I had in Brooklyn! She is extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. The directions she provided to drive to her location were spot on and she was even there to help guide us. Overall, the environment was a lovely oasis away from the bustle of the city but still close enough to enjoy the night life.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review. This was simply the best air bnb I have ever stayed at. Umberto and Clelia are beyond thoughtful! The house was amazingly provisioned from a fully stocked fridge and kitchen on arrival to beautiful rooms with individual toiletry packs and dressing gowns! There were several places to sit outside to eat or relax. My children loved the table tennis and the pool. Umberto and Clelia were marvellous hosts. They brought pastries every day and Clelia was kind enough to cook dinner twice! They were exceedingly helpful in advising where to visit, what to see and how to get there, even looking up train times and escorting us to the station to make sure we caught the correct train to Naples. They offered to organise guides for Pompeii and make dinner reservations also. I have never experienced this level of kindness and generosity from hosts before and I cannot recommend their home highly enough! Thankyou once again.

The villa was gorgeous! The surrounding scenery was stunning. It is in the quiet countryside just a few short minutes drive from town. The place was impeccably clean. It contains all needed amenities for a long stay. It has separate washer and dryer unit, although small capacity. Beds were very firm. We were greeted upon arrival and dismissal from the rental. Very friendly staff and we were also given extra coffee and a bottle of wine and water to begin our stay with. The pool was beautiful and kept nice. I would highly recommend staying here. Sergio et sa femme sont très accueillants. Le logement avec espace repas extérieur était conforme à nos attentes. La piscine un vrai plus et suffisamment grande pour y passer du temps. Les enfants ont adoré les chats. Nous espérons revenir!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely and the back garden private and fairly quiet. Lots of local restaurants and wineries but of course you are also close to Vesuvius, Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento coast, etc. The place was clean and tidy, and had air conditioning as well as bug killer (plug in). It was secure. Angela was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The only thing we found a little frustrating at times was the WiFi signal was poor in the main bedroom (cutting out frequently) and didn't cover the garden area.

We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect getaway. Something for everyone, swimming, tennis, a nature lovers’ paradise & peaceful. The house is a great layout, so many lovely areas to sit outside. I fell in love with the kitchen and the dining room is a wonderful space. Lina was truly special, friendly and more than helpful. She got out us out of a fix with our vehicle by being a great & insistent translator. I would return in a heartbeat.

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist top. Atemberaubende Aussicht. Grosser Pool. Das Highlight: Ein grosser Garten u.a. mit Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen (an denen wir uns bedienen durften). Das Check-in und Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen sehr geschätzt (wir haben viele wertvolle Tipps erhalten). Napoli und Salerno sind in weniger als 40 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sarno selber ist kein Schmuckstück. Die Ausstattung im Haus entsprach der Beschreibung im Inserat. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung (z.B. der Küche) hätten liebevoller sein können. Preis im Vergleich zur Leistung ok, aber eher am oberen Ende. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
