Great hosting by Franca and her husband, very available and adorable! Ideally located accommodation because it is quiet while being close to Naples by transport (train 10 min walk from the accommodation then Naples center 15 min by train). Excellent pizzas right across!

Had a wonderful time! The landlord was always available, extremely helpful and friendly – you felt well taken care of from the first moment. The area is simply enchanting, quiet and picturesque – perfect for relaxing. The place itself was spotlessly clean, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you might need. We felt more than comfortable, almost like at home. There was nothing missing. Thank you so much for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

We had a great time, with our dogs. The facilities are a 15/20-minute drive away. great, we'll be back!

This place was a beautiful oasis. More beautiful than the photos can show. It’s a perfect fenced property that our small dogs enjoyed. The house is really charming and tastefully decorated. The garden is huge and really tropical and well maintained. It was impeccably cleaned and well stocked. I loved staying here, thank you!

My family and I stayed at this location and it was a fantastic stay for our time in Naples. Everyone was taken aback by how beautiful and large the space was including the terrace. Dominico was very responsive and helpful. He even came to unclog a toilet for us. There is ample space for a large family to live and entertain and just enjoy the beauty of Naples. There's a great beach within walking distance where the locals go. They also rent kayaks there for the bay of Naples. The gelateria and cafe at the top of the hill are fantastic! Finally there's a pharmacy and a grocery store all within walking distance. There are 2 major businesses lines at the top as well. The only thing I would say to warn other guests about is the neighbor in the unit below. The best thing I can say is to keep the noise to a minimum as much as possible at night and simply ignore the woman below. Don't let her detract from your vacation because this house and location are wonderful. Thanks again Dominico!

Franco was a very kind and friendly host. He met us for all our needs. Very helpful. The apartment was conveniently located for shopping, sightseeing and easy to reach with luggage.

Beautiful villa with large and excellent garden to relax and enjoy Bacoli bay. Excellent location with beautiful view of the bay and Castello Aragonese. This is the place to stay if you visit Bacoli.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. A great stay at this welcoming and very well maintained villa. The setting is beautiful, with views of the Bay of Pouzzoles, mandarin and lemon trees. Quiet and far from the tumult of Naples, about twenty minutes' walk from a train station that serves Naples quickly via very clean and inexpensive trains. Pouzzoles also has the advantage of having very good restaurants (Diego Vitagliano, Terronnia...) and serving the islands of Ischia and Procida very easily via Ferry. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating on departure and arrival times. It makes you want to come back, thanks again!

We had a wonderful weekend in this villa surrounded by greenery, a real corner of peace to get away from the routine. Right away, the host was helpful and attentive, guaranteeing us a peaceful stay. The house has exceeded expectations: spacious, cozy and tastefully furnished, with clean and well organized environments, equipped with every comfort. The location is ideal, surrounded by nature but well connected, with the ski slopes reachable in about an hour. After a day in the snow, we wanted to watch the Sanremo final, but the comfort of the sofa and the warmth of the environment captured us... and we fell asleep! An unforgettable stay, which we will definitely repeat!

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.

A lot of houses in Italy are called "Villa". Giosis home really deserves the name "Villa". It is spacious, private, has everything you need. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay as a family of 5. You feel like you are in the nowhere but supermarket and lovely little village is close. We had the best pizza of our life there. Neaple, visuv, pompeii are reachable within 1h-1,5h by car are "must-see" trips if you are there. thanks Giosi for your trust and having us.

Luca was very responsive, the house was great. We were a big group, and had place for all of us. We enjoyed the fire place, the clean and big kitchen.

Anna has an amazing space. It reminded me of a loft apartment I had in Brooklyn! She is extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. The directions she provided to drive to her location were spot on and she was even there to help guide us. Overall, the environment was a lovely oasis away from the bustle of the city but still close enough to enjoy the night life.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review. This was simply the best air bnb I have ever stayed at. Umberto and Clelia are beyond thoughtful! The house was amazingly provisioned from a fully stocked fridge and kitchen on arrival to beautiful rooms with individual toiletry packs and dressing gowns! There were several places to sit outside to eat or relax. My children loved the table tennis and the pool. Umberto and Clelia were marvellous hosts. They brought pastries every day and Clelia was kind enough to cook dinner twice! They were exceedingly helpful in advising where to visit, what to see and how to get there, even looking up train times and escorting us to the station to make sure we caught the correct train to Naples. They offered to organise guides for Pompeii and make dinner reservations also. I have never experienced this level of kindness and generosity from hosts before and I cannot recommend their home highly enough! Thankyou once again.

The villa was gorgeous! The surrounding scenery was stunning. It is in the quiet countryside just a few short minutes drive from town. The place was impeccably clean. It contains all needed amenities for a long stay. It has separate washer and dryer unit, although small capacity. Beds were very firm. We were greeted upon arrival and dismissal from the rental. Very friendly staff and we were also given extra coffee and a bottle of wine and water to begin our stay with. The pool was beautiful and kept nice. I would highly recommend staying here. Sergio and his wife are very welcoming. The space with an outdoor dining area was as expected. The pool is a real plus and big enough to hang out. Kids loved cats. We're hoping to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely and the back garden private and fairly quiet. Lots of local restaurants and wineries but of course you are also close to Vesuvius, Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento coast, etc. The place was clean and tidy, and had air conditioning as well as bug killer (plug in). It was secure. Angela was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The only thing we found a little frustrating at times was the WiFi signal was poor in the main bedroom (cutting out frequently) and didn't cover the garden area.

We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect getaway. Something for everyone, swimming, tennis, a nature lovers’ paradise & peaceful. The house is a great layout, so many lovely areas to sit outside. I fell in love with the kitchen and the dining room is a wonderful space. Lina was truly special, friendly and more than helpful. She got out us out of a fix with our vehicle by being a great & insistent translator. I would return in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved the Villa! It was its own little haven . Really lovely hosts, always happy to answer questions. The villa was better than the pictures and very clean. We went for pizza at Reginella Pizzeria in Sarno and definitely recommend it. Pompeii was about 35 minutes away. Definitely need a car to get to places. Pool was big and a big hit with out children! Definitely recommend this lovely villa .
