Nice and comfortable place. Not far from metro station too!

I had a great time in Madrid thanks to Erica and her family. They waited for me when my plane was delayed, where in regular contact to make sure I was ok. The flat was clean and well furnished and is about 3 minutes walk from the Metro station. There is lift. I was out at night and felt safe alone in the neighbourhood. I would recommend the place and look forward to coming back.

Luis's apartment is very centrally located. In fact Metro 3 entry is just infront of the building and in less than 10 minutes you can reach major attractions like Sol. Bus stand is also hardly 200 meters and Delicias station is just 400 meters. Connectivity from his place is best. There is supermarket across the road in addition to shops which open late night also. His place on ground floor is in a secure building with lot of open area. We really felt at home. Apartment was absolutely neat and clean.

Excellent experience. A great location and a very clean, tidy and beautiful room. Comfortable Bedding Paola and her sister are great hosts. If I return to Madrid, I would stay with them again. Thank you very much for everything.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks and it was an extremely enjoyable experience. The late check-in was a little inconvenient only because of how early our flight arrived. But our host was extremely accommodating and worked to make sure we could leave our luggage early, and ultimately worked with the cleaning service to get us into the apartment a couple hours earlier than anticipated. The apartment itself is extremely convenient with lots of amenities within short walking distance including the Metro. Overall, we would absolutely stay there again on our next visit to Madrid!

Staying at Monika’s place for 4 days was honestly the perfect choice. It’s super close to the train station and really well connected to the city. The apartment felt like staying in an artist’s atelier — full of cute details and plants everywhere. I actually regret not spending more time just relaxing there. Monika is incredibly kind and helped a lot with my travel plans, so I just want to say thank you again. If I ever come back to Madrid, I’d definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Felipe’s place. The location was perfect, close to the center yet surprisingly peaceful. The apartment itself is lovely, with a beautiful garden in the back that made it feel like a hidden retreat. Also, Felipe has filled the space with unique and inspiring pieces, it added such a special touch to the experience! I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, creative, and relaxing stay.

Me and my husband stayed for 2 months! Great place, we loved it. The apartment building is on a busy street, but the unit itself is facing a garden. You only hear birds, very peaceful place. We will be back!

We had a beautiful stay in Madrid, thanks to the apartment and Andres' service, who was very kind, he even went to look for me when I arrived near the accommodation because I was lost and he was always attentive to our needs. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and comfortable in every way, meters from the Sol, which allowed us to get around Madrid easily. I would definitely rent it again on my next trip to Madrid. Very close to the city center and the Sol metro. This location made getting around super easy!

Beautiful apartment right on Plaza Mayor. Well appointed, really interesting antiques and art (and furniture), just a wonderful experience, practically and aesthetically. Really just one of our favorite stays ever. We happened to be staying there during the San Isidro festival, so the square was full of people and workers erecting a giant stage (followed by lots of sound checks). Worth noting that the windows do an amazing job of blocking out the noise from the square. Practicalities: great location (although there's a half block walk from any street), near the sights and the markets and so much of the heart of Madrid. Grocery store less than a block away. Tons of great food nearby. Only downside: the apartment was so beautiful that we explored less than we would have otherwise!

This is an unbelievable apartment in a brilliant neighbourhood. The balcony is amazing with a great view of Casa de Campo, sunsets and the swifts flying between the buildings. It’s a little expensive, but it’s well worth it

Check-in and check-out perfect; very good communication; accommodation as described, very clean; very good location, all sights within walking distance; grocery stores in the immediate vicinity; value for money is fair. I can definitely recommend the place.

A very well located apartment. A bit on a smaller side compared with the perception from the photos. OK for 3 people, would be a struggle for 4. The sound isolation between the apartments may bother you depending on who stays adjacent. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a really good 5-night stay at Gorete’s rental, it is in a great location in the walkable Chueca neighborhood. The rental was clean and it has nice natural light. It is a good size for two people. The air conditioning and washer/dryer were handy. We appreciated that we could check-in early, and Gorete was very responsive when we had questions. She had good Madrid suggestions and guide books that we referenced often. We recommend!

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

We had a very nice and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and is available at all times in case you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from Gran Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had in a very quick way. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in a semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made bed and very comfortable pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It's very nice, we highly recommend it.
