The master bedroom has everything you need for long stays, and the small one is enough for one person, comfortable and quiet. Cozy and quiet apartment with everything you need to feel at home. Perfect for 2-3 people. Bedroom with very comfortable bed of 1.50 and sofa that turns into comfortable single bed. Small terrace in quiet park. 2 minutes from the Artilleros metro stop and several bus stops that connect to downtown in 30 minutes. Just 4 stops from the Retiro. With washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven and airfryer.

Apartment 25m away from the city center

Comfortable apartment just 15 minutes by metro from the Retiro Park. The metro and various bus lines are only 80 meters away. In case you come by car, you can park for free in the streets of the area. The area is calm and quiet with large green areas. There are several supermarkets (Mercadona, Ahorramas) in the area as well as all kinds of shops. Any questions you have do not hesitate to contact me before booking :)

Apartment in Moratalaz Area

Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport. We hope you enjoy your trip to Madrid staying our accommodation! :)
