¡We welcome you to Arturo Soria Stays by Charming IV, your new urban refuge in the city of Madrid! This newly renovated studio is located on Asura 43 street, less than 10 minutes from the subway mouth "Arturo Soria", so you can easily reach the center by public transport. The studio is immaculately decorated in a contemporary style and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Arturo Soria Stays by Charming IV is equipped with air conditioning and heating so you enjoy the perfect temperature at any season of the year. In addition, you will have free high speed Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation for your videoconferences or to enjoy a good movie on Netflix after a long day around the city. You will also have a 43-inch Smart TV with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, and full kitchenware. In the studio you will have a comfortable double bed and a sleeper sofa for up to 1 person, in addition to storage space. It also has a private bathroom with towels, complimentary toiletries and also a hair dryer. Remember, you'll need a mobile phone with an internet connection to access your listing. Please be aware that if the day of your arrival coincides with the day you booked, we cannot guarantee that the apartment is ready for your entry before 5:30 pm. If you would like extra cleaning, it has an additional cost and must be requested with at least 24 hours notice.

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

Ideal for groups of 6 people, with good connections to the city center. 250 meters is the Place of Meeting in which is located bus stops 20, 30 and 32 leading to downtown Puerta del Sol, Cibeles, Parque del Retiro, Puerta de Alcala, Goya and Atocha in just over 20 minutes . The metro stop is a 10 minute walk. The apartment is in close stores where purchases of everyday life as well as a Carrefour Express supermarket 200 meters that opens 24/7 There is a wide pedestrian area near the building to enjoy a drink on the terraces and children to play. Front of the building to play basketball courts and other sports.

Quiet apartment, no neighbors up or down, centrally located, with very good communication from Metro and the Bus. Very bright, with a full window facade. Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport.
