Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik/Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a terrace & views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

The cottage is scenic in the woods which means that there are mosquitoes, insects and animals both summer and winter time! AC or similar is not offered. Here, it's easy to thrive! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a really cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly-renovated bathroom and kitchen as well as a veranda of 29 sqm with magnificent views of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on our own property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

This is the perfect starting point for your excursions. Bed linen and towels are provided, and electric car charging is available.

On the property, the host couple lives in a house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and must be done before check-out.

The cottage is in a quiet residential area with a 500-meter walk to central Mora with the Zorn Museum and proximity to the Vasaloppet Museum, the Vasaloppet finish line, 1 1/5 kilometers to Hemus where the Vasaloppet arena for skiing, running and cycling is located. Tomteland is about 1.5 miles away and worth a visit. The forest is close for lovely walks and spending time. Siljan is within walking distance to the swimming area/Saxviken or the swimming area/Kepphusviken at Mora Park
