The bedrooms are comfortably distributed with 1 double bed and 2 separate beds in the large house and another 1 bunk bed in a separate guest house with kitchen and toilet. Cozy cottage, 3 rooms and kitchen, with beach location on a genuine valley farm by Lake Siljan. Here, you can start the day with a swim in Lake Siljan. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a tiled stove, a fully equipped spacious rural kitchen and a toilet room with a washing machine. Upstairs, there is a TV room, a second bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The cottage has a patio facing the yard and a south-facing terrace with stunning views of the water. Bed linens and towels and cleaning upon departure are included in the price.

The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

The cottage is located on the shore of Lake Siljan. Possibility of forest walks, swimming, skiing, berry picking or just relaxing. Quiet, child-friendly and only one neighbor. There is a swimming dock/floating dock down by the boat shed. 10 km to Mora and 30 km to Rättvik. To Nusnäs, the Dala horse production, it is about 4 km. To Orsa Grönklitt it takes about 30 minutes by car. The cottage has a wonderful veranda where you can sit and eat and enjoy the view. BBQ available. The hygiene area is in a separate cabin.

Near the house is the Vasaloppsspåret where you can run, bike or ski. The start of Tjejvasan is only 2 km from the house. It is easy to get to ski resorts in Grönklitt and Sälen. Pleasant both summer and winter! The house is newly built in mountain style with all modern amenities. Towels and bed linen included. Hot tub and electric car charger are paid separately.
