The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. The bright, sun-drenched apartment on the Moosweiher connects relaxation & nature with lovely city culture in just 13 minutes by tram. It is located on the SW corner of a large, very well-kept residential complex and consists of living/bedroom with balcony, separate kitchenette and bathroom. Bedroom and living area have an exit to the balcony overlooking far over the city and the Münster to the Black Forest in the south as well as on green areas, forest and the lake in front of the house.

Big room over 2 floors in a single-family house. An integrated bathroom in the upper room. Upstairs a 140 wide bed, in the lower room a 140 wide sofa. Coffee machine and kettle, no cooking facilities. The house is located directly on the railway line. The tram to Freiburg is a 10-minute walk away. In 10 min you are also in the forest and also the shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 10min. 1 min walk to an indoor pool.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Dietenbachsee. All attractions are easy to reach by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. The tram takes you well from the central station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking may be made available by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am ready for questions.

Martin's place is perfectly located, only a short walk or tram ride from the old city. The apartment is comfortable, with everything one needs for an easy stay. We didn't get to meet Martin in person, but he did a great job with communication, following up to make sure that we didn't need anything. Highly recommended for your stay in Freiburg.

Was in Freiburg due to training and the accommodation was only a few minutes' walk from the seminar. So perfect location for this and tram stops right in front of the house. The welcome was very warm and Edyta also gave tips for the stay and would always be responsive and helpful if needed. Highlighted are coffee/tea, hygiene products, etc. that are available. Very nice and not self-evident!

The apartment is in a very quiet and beautiful area with direct access to the garden and nature. It can be reached via the apartment of Uwe & Gabriela, but you hardly notice it - apart from Uwe's very nice occasional saxophone playing. The coffee and tea supply could not be better, a very good baker is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

I felt very comfortable in Birgit's accommodation and communication was always very good. The area is beautiful despite the distance to the center (but well connected) – lots of nature and tranquility. The apartment is super clean and Birgit is always very attentive.
