The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Enjoy a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a mountain view in Buermoos. The apartment sleeps 5 people and is about 30 minutes from Salzburg city. The train station is within a 2 minute walking distance from the apartment which will take you to Salzburg main station. If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request). If you are looking to bring work along, we have you covered - the apartment offers a work station with an extra monitor.

Vacation in the countryside at Lake Wallersee near Salzburg

The area is very rural, the apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor), quiet, undisturbed. Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax well near Salzburg and still be immediately in the center of the action by car. Supermarkets are very quickly accessible, Lake Wallersee is within sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and exploring Salzburg. The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and Königssee are also within easy reach. Also easy to do with public transport.

Located on the Haunsberg in Obertrum, right on the main road, this modern accommodation offers great opportunities for young and old. Hiking and cycling opportunities can be found right in front of the house, and it takes 20-35 minutes to get to the center of Salzburg by bus or car, depending on traffic conditions. On summer days, Lake Obertrum is ideal for refreshments after e-bike tours, a city trip or simply to relax. We can't wait to give you individual travel tips!

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.

Apartment (attention: without a kitchen) with separate entrance in a tranquil, quiet village You have your own bathroom and a separate toilet, can share the garden and its seating and there is also the possibility to book breakfast.
