The apartment is located directly on the bike path from Lake Constance and approx. a 15-minute walk from the historic town of Stein am Rhein, where you can indulge in culinary delights – or simply relax on the Rhine with an ice cream. As leisure activities, Ticiland in Stein am Rhein is available for children and Conny Land in nearby Lipperswil is available for young and old.

Haus Elfriede

Es handelt sich hier um ein gemütliches älteres Haus komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, auch wenn die Einrichtung jetzt nicht mehr so modern ist fühlen sich unsere Gäste immer sehr wohl darin. Das Haus ist ca. 800 Meter direkt vom Bodensee entfernt. Und hat ein Wohnfläche von über 150qm. Wir erlauben 1 Haustier. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Bahnhof ca. 700 Meter, eine Bushaltestelle nur einige Meter, ein Bäcker ca. 200 Meter und ein kleiner Gemüsestand ca. 400 Meter.

The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. At the same time, it is a great starting point for many excursions to Konstanz or the beautiful surroundings . To the lake and it's just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can go swimming or transfer to Meersburg by ferry; and also the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.
