Vacation rentals with a patio in Monument

This place was a great value for our quick one-night stay. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, tons of extra blankets, a nice sitting area out back, two Roku televisions, Garden of the Gods nearly right outside, but does have that "I've walked directly into someone else's house" feel which is either cozy or unwanted depending on your personality! If you are able, I wished I would have brought my own pillow from home and was glad I brought my own ground coffee. Check out was the easiest I've ever had in an Airbnb which was also helpful and less stressful! I'd definitely stay there again.

This place is so cozy and nice. Staying here was so pleasant and peaceful like home. we were able to fully rested. There are lots of thoughtful amenities. Never get bored here. Sleeping was so comfortable and this is really clean home. we loved it so much! Thank you!!

She was very responsive which I loved. Great airbnb it had everything you needed and more. Super cute layout. Was located near a gas station which was very convenient. There were great restaurants at reach driving distance. And perfect place to stay if you were going to garden of the gods or pikes peak. Would stay again.

SUPERB stay! Our stay in Cheri's lower level apartment was excellent from start to finish. The living area was beautifully laid out, with a pair of comfortable sofas and warm, soft lap blankets, plus an electric fireplace. We used it each evening, as the weather was quite cool during our stay. There was a second fireplace in the living room, but we didn't need it. The bedroom also had a fireplace, which again, we didn't use, because the very comfortable king sized bed was well appointed with layers of fluffy bedding: it was like sleeping in a nest of warm clouds, we just loved it! Plenty of closet space, and two sturdy luggage racks, which we really appreciated. Cheri truly went above and beyond: the kitchen was stocked with everything your redirect, but also supplies necessary for a hot breakfast, plus bottled and sparkling water. Same with the bathroom, as the soaps, shampoos, lotions, and make-up removers were so nice that I didn't use my own things. Fantastic Airbnb stay!!

Quaint little condo, with a very homey feel. The host was quick to respond to any questions/concerns/requests we had. Would highly recommend to others for either a short or long stay.

It was an awesome stay! It felt very cozy and comfy. Only downside is that you can hear a lot of movement upstairs and you can hear water go through the pipes at night and both can be loud. Even with those negatives, I give it 5 stars.

WOW! The thing that made me book this place in the first place was the amazing view of pikes peak. It was the best experience to wake up in luxury while drinking a cup of coffee looking out on the mountains. The house was beautiful on a big lot with plenty of walking trails. This was the perfect escape from city life. Divide is only 30 minutes from many of the big attractions around so everything was easy to get to.

Very nice backyard, the snacks and pastries made up for the mini kitchen. One am our coffee pot and microwave breaker went out but the host was very prompt and within min everything working! One extra was a cool hideaway play area for young children. Every space was utilized very efficiently. Kids loved the jacuzzi. We even grilled freshly caught fish upstairs on the deck for dinner one night!!

This house was the perfect location for visiting family in Monument and close to restaurants and stores. Good access to freeway and to other attractions in the area. We felt right at home! Plenty of space in kitchen, well stocked, and a nice refrigerator. Also liked that there were 3 full baths available so all guests felt comfortable. King suite was also a nice size. We will probably book this home in the future when visiting our family there. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We loved our stay here. Even better than the photos. Large, clean, well stocked (crockpot, instapot, cooler), comfy furniture and peaceful. The neighborhood is wonderful, I loved my morning walks exploring. We loved the ping pong table! The location is good - we went to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge, Phantom Canyon and Pikes Peak. Loved it all. On our last night we saw 14 deer in the yard! What a treat. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for our Spartan Race weekend. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and in an ideal location for everything we had planned. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches—handwritten notes, snacks, and all the little extras that made it feel like home. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Plenty to do in the area, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setup. Highly recommend!

We were here for a wedding at Palmer Lake. This was only 10 minutes from the venue. Also conveniently located to our family and activities in Colorado Springs. This was the CLEANEST air bnb we have ever stayed in. Our host purchased a new pack n play to accommodate our granddaughter. She also offered to purchase a stroller. She was very responsive when we had issues with the WiFi. The only real issue was that there was a burned out light in the primary water closet and one that flickered in the kitchen. And housekeeping neglected to leave extra paper products for us so we had to purchase them. Minor inconveniences. Overall this was an excellent property and I would stay here again for sure.

Joey’s place wasn’t just a home base for us- it felt like home. The kitchen was stocked well for what we needed during our stay. Bathrooms were clean and had lots of towels. The AC and fireplace were nice to have and easy to use. There’s a small parking space in the alley and plenty of street parking out front- not a busy street at all and felt very safe! The outdoor space was wonderful- hot tub was relaxing and the grill is thoughtfully placed so that you could use the window in the kitchen to pass food back and forth without having to walk around to the sliding door. The yard games and tire swing were fun to use. The location was perfect for what we had on our itinerary and was walkable to Colorado Ave where there were plenty of cute shops and restaurants. Joey gave us so many recommendations for the area and was quick to respond to messages and was clear with her instructions and replies! I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

This was a lovely little cottage on a nice quiet street. We enjoyed spending time in the back yard reading and relaxing. Everything you might need for a comfortable stay was included. Plus, great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Colorado Springs was a delightful city to explore.

My fiancé and I felt right at home. Unique little spot. It was our first time visiting Colorado. Our favorite was the view. Stunning. Our last night there was a little thunder & lightning storm. We open the curtains and sliding doors and watched from the patio. The only thing we wished there were a couple throw blankets to relax with on the couch. We enjoyed the variety selection of books. The host and her co-host (Cody) were very communicative and quick to respond.

Great place to stay in CO Springs. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

Wonderful space. Well laid out to accommodate 5 adults. Great location to Garden of Gods, Broadmore, Flying W Ranch, etc. Mark was very responsive, friendly, & responded quickly. Linens, towels, well-appointed kitchen, beautiful view off spacious back deck, etc—all was great. Highly recommend.

A beautiful home. The southwestern theme was uplifting and creative. Our sleep was interrupted and comfortable. A very easy checkout.
