Vacation rentals with a patio in El Paso County

I highly recommend Jonathan's place! This was our second time staying here, and would definitely book this place again.

Brian's place was perfect for our girls getaway. We planned our day in his area around the incline and it was only about a 12 minute drive. It was cozy and we were able to run a load of laundry, which after a couple days of hiking was much appreciated. We were hoping to check in a little early and Brian was extremely accommodating. We also forgot a few things we needed for the incline and he was willing to help out. My only regret is not planning to spend more time in the area because we definitely would have stayed another night and there is plenty to do just two blocks from his location. Highly recommend considering a stay here if you are in the area! Thank you Brian for providing everything we needed for a nice rest during our adventure filled visit to Colorado!

Holly and Matty are such great hosts - they were really easy to work with and made everything smooth from the get-go, with all the little touches that actually matter when you're staying somewhere. Their place was in a perfect location. It's so nice when you can just walk to grab dinner or coffee without having to drive everywhere. And when we did want to explore a bit further out, nothing was more than a few minutes away. Hiking and horseback riding is literally an 8-10 minute drive away. We really appreciate that it was such hassle-free stay. The room had everything we could want, and it's obvious Holly and Matty put thought into making their guests comfortable. We will 100% stay there again when we're back in Colorado Springs.

I have stayed in vacation homes around the world, and Casa Colorado is one of the best. If there were a rating above super host, I would give it. As well as providing a comfortable, cozy retreat in a beautiful setting, Brian and Franka also provide very thoughtful things, such as very specific directions, a snack basket, chocolates by the bed, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a hair straightener, fan, and noise machine. When the hair dryer quit working, Franka was quick to provide a replacement. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as we had our morning coffee and a few meals outside. The hot tub was a fabulous treat after busy days sightseeing and hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at peaceful, serene Casa Colorado and definitely plan to stay there again.

This basement apartment was great! It was very clean and very well stocked with conveniences. It is a basement apartment, so there is not much natural light in the living area and noise from upstairs is plentiful - as expected with a basement apartment. The bedroom and entrance both have plenty of natural light. My only complaint is that the loveseat in the living area is comically small - almost childsize. There is really no place to lounge comfortably unless you sit on the bed. Other than the lack of comfortable seating I truly enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again.

It was an awesome stay! It felt very cozy and comfy. Only downside is that you can hear a lot of movement upstairs and you can hear water go through the pipes at night and both can be loud. Even with those negatives, I give it 5 stars.

This was one of the favorite places we have stayed via Airbnb or other short term rental companies. Frank & Ingrid know how to host and they do everything to make you feel welcome, supported and comfortable. The place was clean and the decor was all very cozy but still fresh. They also give plenty of recommendations on exploring the area. These are the kind of people that should be in hospitality - believe me we have stayed with many who only focus on making money and don’t know how to host. The area is convenient to downtown. We felt like the area was pretty safe & walkable - maybe at night less so- but Frank & Ingrid have made their place feel secure and private.

Owen and Mary were great hosts. The house was very clean and had everything needed for a quick trip. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with items needed. While it didn't bother us, you can hear some from upstairs. If you're sensitive to noise I would take that into consideration. Overall great stay and would recommend for a quick trip. Good restaurants close by.

The home was beautiful with plenty of space and incredible with being allowed to have both my pups with us. We had a blast thanks to Chris giving us the opportunity to stay there with my 2 dogs. If I ever visit again with my dogs I hope I’m am lucky enough to come back! Couldn’t be happier with our visit!

me and .y family loved it here. our kiddos had a great time in the backyard and with all the games. me and my fiance had fun playing games and ping pong. been years since we even seen one lol. very clean and comfortable. very accommodating. would definitely love to stay there again. Host was responsive and helpful with all questions, was never rude

the Alpaca House has such a great theme and I loved all the accents. I was much happier with all the kitchen implements and access to the private backyard than I would have been in a hotel. Jackie and her staff were great from beginning to end!

We loved it here! With 2 kiddos it was the perfect amount of space for our family. The location is perfectly located in Old Colorado City near downtown and all the hot spots like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and lots of great restaurants. The hosts were so responsive, let us know when the house was available early, and wished us safe travels back home. The house was equipped with all the essentials like kitchen equipment, restroom necessities, and toys and games for the family. Truly made our Colorado birthday trip worth the experience!!

It was a great place to stay and get away. So many hiking trails nearby and Colorado Springs is easily accessible!

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

Charming Southwest-inspired house with well thought-out details. Comfortable layout and furnishings. Porches facing both east and west to enjoy sunrise and sunset. Good air flow. Easy street parking. Walkable to a few good restaurants and only 10 minute drive to Manitou Springs, Colorado College, downtown, Garden of the Gods and the Broadmoor. Great location no matter which way we went!

This was a lovely condo. It was centrally located and perfect for the activities that we needed to drive to.

The place is lovely, the kitchen is very well stocked, beds are very comfy, we loved hanging out in the balcony, the pool is huge, the hotel is in a very good location near lots of food, walmart etc. Definitely recommend!
