It'll feel very cosy here at night with the lamps lit, the wood fire and the large bed with feather pillows and wool blankets. The loo and bathroom are down 4 steps, please note no dividing door. The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

The bothy consists of an open plan dining and living area, one bedroom with king size bed, and a mezzanine level with two singles which can also be joined together to form a super king. It's a lovely bright and cosy building with underfloor heating and a modern kitchen.
